I recently bought my wedding gown from David’s Bridal and had them do the alterations. The best part was working with the alterations department to make the dress uniquely mine. Arlo made me feel comfortable from the start, listened to my needs, and made the process fun. Lisa helped make my dreams come true. I just picked up my dress, and with my wedding in one month, I’m so excited to wear it! Thanks to the whole team at Freehold!

The store manger Jennifer helped us and she was wonderful. She’s experienced and extremely knowledgeable in what looks best on you. I was able to find a dress and I was very happy with the whole experience.

Had a great experience picking a dress here, but unfortunately had some trouble with the alterations department. First my wedding dress was taken in too much, so I had to come back for a third fitting. When I came in for that appt (confirmed via phone call), I wasn’t in the system and there was a lot of confusion. It turns out my dress was never altered - it was sitting there with the pins still in it and a loose button, a week before my wedding. Thankfully they were able to fix it quickly today and I could take it home. However, NOBODY apologized or took any responsibility for the issue. I do want to mention that Aldo was an excellent help - very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable employee. Everyone else was standing there whispering to each other and then they stayed in the back room when I returned to try the dress on. I was disappointed that after several appointments with the same staff, nobody had the decency to apologize or take accountability. A simple acknowledgment of the issue would have gone a long way as wedding planning is stressful enough.

I went shopping today for my wedding dress, and I had Elaine as my bridal assistant. She was soooo kind and really put in effort to make sure I would feel amazing on my wedding day. She gave me a pep talk during my fitting and made sure that I felt empowered and confident. She is the reason I have my dream dress for my wedding day. If I could give more than five stars I would.
