Honestly, the best detail I have had. I drive a BMW G80 M3 in a satin/matte color so I don’t trust any one else detailing it because the product and process is very particular for these types of paint. I purchased an express detail and it was by far much better then any of the other detail shops out there and that’s comparing to other shops full details. I have gone here in the past when someone else managed the details and they did an OK job, but Haziel and the two ladies are new and did an amazing job. I will absolutely come back and often!!!
I first called in to see if they can fit me in and D at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating. She made sure she got me right in. It was her personality that made me come there in the first place.
One thing I would suggest is that they come up with monthly packages for customers that would like a “express” detail more then once a month. Also suggest getting Matte soaps if they don’t already use them.

On Friday I pulled in. I wanted to setup my car for a full detail. I spoke with two people the person at the desk and then some guy that talked to me about some issues.
After 10 minutes discussing issues with the paint We were good and the last part of the conversation was do you want tint? Which I did and sorta forgot to mention. I agreed to include tint with the detailing for three windows. With an appointment for 9 am the next day. I show up and drop off my car on Saturday at 9 AM. I was called around 3 pm the car was ready.
On my return I find my car with tint but no detail.
If you don’t listen to your customers you will fail. On Friday I said three times I wanted a full detail . That was why I came in tint was an after thought.
I will not return.

Paid 200$ to have my car interior detailed after someone threw up in the backseat of my car. When they returned my car, it looked as if they had not touched the backseat at all. Throw up still on the seatbelt and in the crease where the seatbelt is. After pointing it out, someone came out making excuses how the lady was new and how he was supposed to check the car, but didn’t . He brought the car back in the garage, and when I inspected it the second time, it seemed to be clean. I just looked at my car this morning (a day after the interior cleaning), to realize my car is STILL not cleaned. I noticed the smell when I got in the car this morning and there is STILL throw up on the seatbelt. Picture included. I’d take my car anywhere, but here.

Previously brought in a 2019 Subaru Forester for window tinting. Was very pleased with the quality of work done, so when I recently purchased a 2021 Hyundai Kona and wanted the windows tinted, I knew where I wanted to go. They did the job quickly and professionally while I waited. Very happy camper. Five stars!

Had a few vehicles interior detailed here in the last month. They went in dirty and came out looking fantastic! Fair prices, fast turn around time and good customer service. Can't ask for much more then that. Will definitely be using The Detail Center for my cars in the future and would reccommed them to any one
