Not well managed. Went around 4:30pm on a Thursday and waited in line about 30 minutes. Only one register was open with the manager as the cashier. The manager mentioned they had had some employees call out, but there was an employee there who was just blowing up balloons and said she wasn’t able to be on the register per the manager. I understand things happen, but to have a line that’s 20+ people snaking throughout the store with that amount of wait, just to get a few party supplies, is ridiculous. There are better dollar stores in the area that are better stocked and better managed. Not planning to go back.

Store was stocked pretty good. However the ladies working were very rude. One register open when the other register went to open the lady told people register 4 than the lady at register 4 was like NO. She had to do a balloon and told customers they had only 1 balloon. The lady back on register 1 was asked about lollipops a customer found 1 of. Told the guy in the candy aisle. Than proceeded to complain like if its out what do you want me to do reproduce it. 17 years in customer service if my employees ever talked to customers that way they would be fired.

Such bad customer service I ask BRENDA for more balloons for Mother’s Day that they definitely had bc I check in the box, I even offer to blow them myself and she give me a attitude and said NO that they were super busy apparently and that it was two workers. Hire more and show BRENDA how to do customer service.

Was in line at 4:21pm and cashier closed his light at 4:30pm. He then took the person in front of me and left probably 10 other people in line behind me to not get checked out. I just left. What a disorganized mess. Also, the manager on duty was not helpful. At all. Do better Dollar Tree; what awful display of customer service.
