staff is passive aggressive and I don’t think this Dunkin has even gotten my complete order right. Just drive the extra five minutes to the next one that actually has good

Best Dunkin' location around! They always make my coffee absolutely perfect, which I unfortunately can't say about other locations. Another reason I love to visit this Dunkin' is because of the friendly staff. Enrique(drive through window staff) brings customer service to the next level with his evident product knowledge and personable attitude. He greets every customer with a smile, meanwhile checking each receipt to ensure each customer is handed their correct order. Enrique is the best!

WORST SERVICE EVER !It was one more customer online and the whole Place empty . You had the supposedly Mananger and 4 employees all talking behind the counter . The customer who was on line she was waiting there and I asked if she had been taking care of and she said no one had taken her order. I had to go disturb the conversation the employees and manager were having to busy socializing to have someone take orders.On top of this both her and I had coupons and neither of those coupons were properly scanned by the employee.I decided to to speak to the manager and he has the audacity to say it’s not our problem it’s corporate. What ?? My response was it was your employees error not corporates . And he said he was not able to do anything about it .Truly it was not the $2 discount it was the principle . Even if the manager would have been apologetic and offered something for his employee mistake to show they valued the customer . But instead he walked away .Than one of the employees come and said “sorry we weee just to busy “. What ???Two customers online myself and the other woman ?? And I had to get someone to help while all give employees with the manager where on a Social gathering ???Who runs this place ???? Where is the customer service ??HORRIBLE !!

I did a mobile ordered and asked if they could put whipped cream since it’s not an option. They charged me for the price of a munchkin at the window & there was barely any whipped cream on both of my coffees. Point is if your going to charge me for something make sure I’m getting what you’re charging me extra for.

Absolute worst dunkin ever. The owners of this location are very stingy, extremely rude, and simply unpleasant. I always get a large hot tea with a few icecubes on the side to avoid burning myself from their overly hot tea they serve. This is the only dunkin that charges for 3 pieces of ice cubes on the side which is pratically water. Shame on them for treating their customers with outrageous disrespect. A lot of the employees here have temper issues, very nasty rude attitudes and always rush you when you are placing an order. NO THANKS, I will never come back to this location again. Much better Dunkins to go to that actually appreciate and respect their customers or better yet go to Starbucks.

A great dunkin location. Ordered my mobile order from inside of the parking lot and it was done within 3 minutes. Got a large caramel iced coffee and a large pumpkin cold brew with cold foam. Both were delicious! I have had caramel iced coffees made wrong by some locations, but this one made it great. Will definitely order from here again while in the area.

Went to DD today. Bought a donut, bottled soda and asked for a cup of ice Later I looked at the receipt. They had the nerve to charge for ice with no signage stating that would happen or the employee's notifying me of being charged extra. Had I known, I would have told them to keep it. Not a very reputable establishment. What else do they sneak past the customer? Buyer be where here.?
