I used to like five below for picking up random, cheap and useful items. However it seems they changed their demographic and the store seems like it's catered towards teenagers and preteens. They don't have all of the things used to pick up here. This location is well kept.

Came in for a quick purchase it dont think any of the employees were trained to run a register .... one employee is leaning on the counter pointing when a self check out opens up and 2 othier employees just wonder by and seen the long line ..... hoe they can do better training in the future??

Multiple self checks that are never open. When they are a person does it for you anyway? ALWAYS a huge line. Best part is getting hit by flying basketballs and such because they do nothung about thr insane kids that go wild in that place.

So, I popped into Five Below on Thursday around 6:45 PM, thinking I'd be in and out with plenty of time left of my half hour break. Six minutes after grabbing what I needed, I I saw the endless checkout line! The young cashier was a trooper, battling a massive crowd all by himself while self-checkouts were closed and other associates were MIA. I was very patient because I felt bad for this kid. I really hope he wasn't in the store by himself. I thought, surely someone will come to his aid.
Hallelujah! A woman strolled up to the register, and we all thought relief was on the way. Nope! She pulled out her phone and started texting— glancing up and clearly seeing the massive line only to disappear and leaving this kid alone again. He was in such high spirits, so friendly, so patient, He truly was a rockstar.When it was finally my turn, I asked the young hero if anyone was coming to help him. Turns out, the woman was his assistant manager. As a fellow retail manager, I can't imagine walking away from a line like that. It's one thing to be understaffed. But it's a completely different thing to ignore your customers, especially when you are in charge of the store.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, even with a long line they still were sooo cheerful and friendly! Store has a huge variety! Will shop here again!!

Horrible.It was the busiest moment of the store and couldn't find only one associate to help meNot even having a stocker or sales associate.came in to get three items and thought be about 10 mins ended up over 40 min.Yes a associate I seen called someone and they did help but buy that time I was astonished by the limited sales people for the business they had.

I was looking for a specific item that according to the website was in stock at this location, so I drove all the way here only to find out from an employee that the item was unavailable and the website was totally inaccurate. Very misleading business practice, I won’t be returning here.

frustrating experience at Five Below. When I visited the store, the staff insisted that I use the self-checkout option, which proved to be quite challenging with my young daughter in tow. Sadly, the staff did not show any willingness or interest in assisting me during this difficult process.Navigating the self-checkout with a young child was not only inconvenient but also added unnecessary stress to my shopping experience. Despite my obvious struggle, the staff did not offer any guidance or support, which left me feeling disappointed and unsupported.

They had great candy for cheap easy prices and whenever they had a super long line they would do a great job at lowering it as fast as they could and while I was at the mall I whent back a couple times to try and get more things great store cheap priced
