YMCA of Freehold is clean, nice and friendly. Their personnel is polite, and helpful and I find it quieter than other clubs or gyms. I love the track field upstairs is pretty cool.

The staff are professional. They are knowledgeable about the muscles being targeted. I leave feeling great after the workouts. Great environment for all.
