Awful. We bought Ford Escape from them and it was maintained through their service department. Complete transmission failure at 67,000 miles. They would not cover it by warranty. Close to $7000 to fix. My younger daughter almost died in the middle of the highway because the car just stopped moving. I would not recommend them at all, dealer or brand. Management does not care, they just want to sell you another horrible car. We will file a complaint against them in every agency. Possibly court.

Freehold Ford service department are scumbags .... So, I bring my van in for service as my brakes are grinding... they tell me no availability and I can leave my van and they will get to it ASAP. I'm 6 year customer and have had my van serviced as recommended (now, I'm sure I was ripped off with other services). Anyhow, i leave my van and after a week, and no call, I go down an question -what up! ...and the senior service guy( this guy is major lying scumbag and in time will be fired - for sure) Tells me the brake job will be $5400. Long story short i went to Certified Auto In Howell and Dave did an awesome job and certainly knows how to treat a customer...cost $950- and the van is perfect. Bottom line Freehold Ford are major scumbags and rip-offs - would never, ever thick about a purchase from those thieves. I just wanted to add to the post- I'm sure there are very good technicians and staff at Freehold Ford which I hate to group with some dishonest employees that unfortunately give Freehold Ford a bad name. But, that's all on the ownership who yet to call me. If I can help others thinking about a Freehold Ford purchase or service work by sharing my experience. Buyer beware- NEWS FLASH- FREEHOLD FORD ARE THIEVES!!!!

A.J. And Jackie made my lease purchase as seamless as possible. I do not enjoy purchasing a car. They did a lot of heavy lifting behind the scenes to make this transaction go as smooth as it could. I have been to many Ford dealerships over the years and Freehold Ford is by far the best. You definitely feel at home there. Our salesman, Nyheem was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and very friendly. The sales manager, Shane, was very helpful in getting us a great deal. Michael in finance was great and helped us with a quick and easy purchase.

I just purchased a 2023 Ford Bronco Heritage from here and I had the best purchasing experience! Nick G was our salesman and he is the absolute best! He made sure we were comfortable and I felt super welcomed even though talking business could get stressful! My mom and I heavily appreciate him as he was very understanding and genuine. I recently bought a 2023 Ford Raptor from this dealership 4 months ago. They were super friendly and helpful the day I bought the truck and they were making a 90k sale. A few weeks later, I realized the air conditioning unit didn't work. I had to bring the car back twice and they have had it in their shop for almost 3 weeks. The AC still doesn't work and they told me to just keep driving the car until the the AC stops working completely since they can not reproduce the problem but know there is a problem with the AC in the car. The sales manager, Shane, told me that they can't help me anymore after I decided to file a lemon lawsuit. I simply wanted to get a loaner until the truck is replaced or fixed. Shane said that they have no loaners and there position is that I contact Ford directly from now on. This dealership sold me a defective car and has taken no accountability for their responsibility in this dispute. He hung up on me as I was trying to ask him to transfer me to service. Now, I have no car with air conditioning and the temperatures in NJ are 95-100. This dealership and their customer service is awful. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership.

This dealership is slimy. I just left their dealership after negotiating and agreeing upon a price with them last night. I scheduled pickup for today, got child care set up, sold my car and drove to the dealership to pick up my new car. As I walked in they told me someone had made an offer that they accepted while I was in the car driving there. They had literally texted me 20 minutes prior that I was “all good”. When I arrived the manager couldn’t care less. Avoid these people there are plenty of other dealers who don’t treat customers like this.

Was very happy with all aspects of Freehold Ford. The sales team, finance, and service/parts. Bought my used F350 last month and worked with AJ. He knew what I was looking for and was able to line me up perfectly. If Freehold Ford has the car your looking for ask for AJ you'll enjoy working with him. Also, I want to acknowledge the finance department, although I did not finance through Ford, Michael was honest and real. The warranty is exceptional and reasonable. I'm very pleased with the entire experience and feel very lucky I just stop by to look. It was just what I was looking for. Thanks Freehold Ford for all your help.

We recently picked up a gold certified hybrid for our daughter while she'll be away for school. AJ took great care of us from the test drive to questions about the vehicle to the paperwork. Everything went smoothly (and would have been even faster if not for a system crash in the dealer). AJ was very knowledgeable and professional. He even checked up us a few days later to make sure were were satisfied. We are happy with the car and the experience with AJ and Freehold Ford.

I recently Had the Best Experience Ever At Freehold Ford on Rt 9 South. Was looking for a New Preused SUV this Lovely Young Man Named AJ greeted me and Understood my Wants. He also Understood i was Shopping around and patiently waited. After an Hour I returned and was Hooked on this 2020 Escape. He was beyond Pleasant. He sat and Conversed with me while the Final papers Were done. He has Taken the time to reach out to me and Check in on How I am Doing with my New SUV.. Each time i have reached out to him, he returns each call in a Timely manor. So anyone looking for a new or Preused Please don't hesitate to ask For AJ

Everything went well, service counter girl was so sweet and nice! The operator on the other hand was so rude and nasty!I get everyone has a bad day but I spoke to her on the phone 4x on different days and just the worst attitude besides chewing food in my ear! And then went to pick up the car...Lord, you'd think I asked her for a million dollars! The attitude, rudeness, and just outright nastiness may be the only reason I don't go back there! She's the only reason for the 4 I instead of 5 stars sadly.Again everyone else was such a pleasure to deal with!Please, someone speak to her....I'm sure I'm not the only one who has received that type of customer service.Thank you to everyone else!!?
