Horrendous customer service. It takes an entire month to get a new debit card since my current one is not working... OR I can pay $80 to get it in TWO WEEKS? This is ridiculous, not to mention the account limit per day, and the same amount for the weekend limit that entails Friday, Saturday & Sunday...? Will be gladly leaving this establishment after numerous arguments and getting absolutely no where!

The employees are very helpful and pleasant, but there are several downsides to this bank. You cannot make deposits at the ATM at all. You can deposit checks using the mobile app, but if you need to deposit cash you have to go to one of the two branches during bank hours. Another is the online access to your account. I can only view the past month of transactions on the web - nothing older than that. The staff are more than willing to run a transaction summary for a given month for you, but it's not nearly as easy as looking it up online.

Would have been nice to keep my money in the neighborhood bank close to home but sadly I closed out my account today. They have this policy that they need 24hrs notice for a withdrawal. You would think I was taking $100k, I only wanted $10k of my money that they happily deposit without any notice required. When I tried to ask why they needed notice, the teller had the nerve to have an attitude with me. I am sorry, I was under the impression that banks were required to have money on hand, isn't this the point. Well since I do have a choice as a consumer, I took the cash and the rest in a draft and closed the account pronto. What's worse is this bank while holding a big chunk of my money has never one time made an offer to me, no credit card nothing. I reaped zero benefits from banking here, they seem to think they are doing me a great benefit by holding my money. Well I'll take my business elsewhere, thank you.

My family has used this bank for years and are done. Save yourself the hassle from incompetence. Used to be great, it's a shame.
