    Very good deals, I saved a bunch of money on records. Fantastic workers, really fun to talk to. I did sign up for the BSP VIP program, the worker explained it and told me I could cancel via phone or the app. Sucks that the customer service line is rude.

    Manager was disgustingly rude to my friend with Tourets Syndrome when he accidentally had a tic and shook a can. The manager also kicked us out for my friend shaking it and the rest of us defending him.

    We shopped here in December looking for Christmas gifts. They offered discounts for signing up for rewards. What they didn't mention was that we were signing up for a paid membership (backstage pass) and 4 magazines subscriptions we did not want. This place is a total scam.
