“I have been going to Orange Theory for 2 years now. The staff here is very friendly. The place is kept very clean. The classes are usually one hour sessions and always different. The coaches are always keeping an eye on everyone to ensure proper body mechanics. The head coach Darrien has created a good environment here. They keep you motivated and help you do more than you think you can. There is an arm band which helps monitor your heart, calories and you can keep yourself in the orange zone when you are hitting your optimal workout! They will take pics for achievement of hitting 100 classes or challenges.”

“Centre State is a unique atmosphere. Their gym location is right next to a rehab center, their pools/showers are always extremely clean. Plenty of equipment. Mature, considerate and respectful members all around. A huge thank you to the daycare center. If you have kids, their daycare center will take care of them as one of their own. Both of my kids always look forward to it. By far the best gym I have ever joined.”

“Staff is great what I do not like is the free summer for kids they are out of control it would be great to see how many actually join when it’s not free I pay a extra fee every year for them to go free staff is not babysitters but must days in summer they have to be. The kids hang around talking not working out I have been going here since the day it opened and I do not enjoy May to August”

“Marble Strength was a great experience for the time I needed it. After about 7 months, I gained consistency in my workouts from 1-2 times per week to 3 times per week and that was a big win for me, as well as gaining some strength PRs! ??The atmosphere is motivating and the owner Joe has great educational content by email, and on social media channels. If you're looking for a close knit group for weightlifting or bodybuilding, definitely check them out!”
