I went to return an item and the sales associate did the return under cash i said I didn't pay for it in cash he calls one of the managers and she said that I would have to buy the item again or take the cash thats the first what ever happen to void the transaction?? Or they don't know how to void?

Very disappointed in H & M these days. In the past, I have purchased kids' clothing, and it was very cute; well-priced and good material. Just recently, I purchased items for myself and toddler daughter. Prior to wearing the items, I washed them according to tag directions- they ALL shrunk. My toddler daughter, who barely fits into 2T clothing, cannot even wear the t shirts anymore. My t-shirts are all too short for me as well. According to their return policy, you cannot return washed items. Extremely disappointed, and will not shop here again.

Whoever is selecting the inventory, has a killer sense of style. Thank you! I found a coat and a beautiful corduroy pink skirt. I will guess you grew up in the 90's as I kept seeing Rachel outfits everywhere! Love it! Will be coming back to this H&M because the ones around me always carry very blah clothing picks.

Long story short- The register staff was very rude. The cashier, Mike, rang up the customer ahead of me and when he was done with her, he looked at me and proceeded to walk off to talk to a woman, who he identified as a manager . Not once did he say “I/someone will be right with you”, and their conversation wasn’t about anything store related, but instead he showed her his phone and they talked about their social lives- a conversation that could’ve and SHOULD HAVE taken place after I was helped. When Mike came back to his register he very unenthusiastically called me over and he and the manager continued to have a side conversation about their Tik Tok accounts and how many followers they have-Mike has 25 thousand and the manager 3 thousand. I had a simple, one item return with a receipt, and because he wasn’t paying attention to me but instead heavily engaged about non work related matters, he proceeded to bag the same item I was returning. Once I corrected him, he said, “I’m not paying attention.” As I was leaving, I noticed there was wasn’t any break between me and the next customer, who he happily called over. The bottom line is, Mike should’ve known better. And if he didn’t, the manager, who was standing right there, should’ve corrected himInstead of engaging in their personal business in front of me, the customer.
