i just when there to change a power wash it was a nice guys helping me very nice but he told me nicely that i have to dump the gas that it was in the power wash do i bought a container to dump the gas an he give me another container and he asked me to dumped outside the store so i went out to dump the gas and when i finish to dump the gas i came back inside i totally forgot to put the container with the gas in my car and this girl that works there came and said you can do that here and i just didn't listen I didn't know what she was talking about so she came inside and was telling all the other cashier inside that i dump the gas in the parking lot this girl didn't even see me when i was dumping the gas and them this other cashier came to me and started saying oh you can just dump gas outside this is very dangerous is flammable this isn't México that make feel so bad and so uncomfortable because it was more people inside the store and one guy tell him Sr they put the gas in a container i help them dump the gas in to the container and the cashier didn't even apologize at all and the other girl was still saying that i dump the gas in the bushes outside it wasn't the just the parking lot anymore it was the bushes now . just to clarify I was carrying with me the container with the gas.

This is the worse Home Depot I have ever done business with. I was lied to and missed informed by representative at this store and the assistant manager Eric tried to make me a lier. They left a new refrigerator on my driveway exposed to the rain. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HERE. They have some unwritten policy which they do not disclose to customers. They refuse to take back their defective appliance. Bestbuy is the best place for applications they allow 15 days return.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Lost my appliances. Offered no solution. Kept me waiting an hour to find out that the only solution was a refund. Going to Lowes.

Shame on HOME DEPOT. I ordered a storm door in March. They removed my old door in JUNE, but ordered the wrong size so I had to live without a storm door until OCTOBER. For my trouble I was issued a refund. The check came made out to wrong name, so I can’t even cash it. Called the store and now I have to wait till next week for them to issue a new check.

I ordered a new washer, dryer, fridge from Home Depot in Freehold. They were scheduled to be delivered between 9:45am-1:45pm. The installers didn't show up until after 2:30pm and after they installed the washer and dryer they pulled out the fridge. They could not find the water shut-off - I am not a professional and don't know where it was. My husband was minutes away and I told them to wait until he came. Just absolutely amazed with the atrocious service I received from Home Depot. Ordered 6 new appliances through them but they use a 3rd party for delivery. The initial delivery was incomplete as I was still missing a refrigerator and dryer. Home Depot's response is we don't know anything, call our delivery service. The 3rd party's response is sorry nothing we can do about it, everything was delivered. Every time I continue to contact Home Depot they give the generic "sorry to hear that, we are working on it". 2 weeks go by and the rest of the items were supposed to be delivered but yet again, a refrigerator came but no dryer. And the wonderful the cycle started all over. Their standards are so low it's beyond frustrating, as if a situation of this nature was common. The staff, the managers, the delivery party - simply did not care. The manager's wonderful condescending tone had the audacity to question why I put a freeze on my credit card charge. Why on earth would I front $5000 for an incomplete service and no answers? American Express accommodated me within minutes while Home Depot reps couldn't give me an ounce of sympathy as this has been putting a burden on me financially - not having a working refrigerator for food or being able to wash/dry my clothes at home for over 2 weeks. Never ever again, I learned the hard way. You get what you pay for.

My final stop to get my dream kitchen after much research. Very disappointed!!!! I worked with Peter in kitchen designs, went over things 2,3, 4 times. He assured me that the cabinets I picked were sized for a built in microwave option. Well, sad to say they weren't...after I brought it up to his attention and were installed he said " just leave it on the counter" (very nonchalant ).I was so furious,I spoke to the store manager. The store manager said he would get back to me. It's been more than a week with no answer. This is the downside of big box stores. After the sale is made they don't care. After the tens of thousands of dollars taken,is on to the next one. So disappointed.

You could not find anyone to help, you have to go searching for an associate, when you find one they don't work in the department you're looking for help in, so they call the person on the PA system now you're left there waiting again, it is terrible
