HORRIBLE!!! My Senior Mother went to Kevin Foley on a referral and had the worst experience. He took possession of and lost important documents and did not return FOUR messages and two emails. Was never available to speak with her to rectify the issue. Will be reporting elsewhere as well.

Solid F-… I used “self-employed online” and my filing sat with a “tax pro” that never looked at my return or even reached out to me. I was unable to have this person removed and unable to file on time. Not one person in this office or in “customer service” could figure it out…first and last time I am using H&R Block.

TERRIBLE SERVICE STAY AWAY, IM PRETTY SURE I SAW THE LADY RUNNING AWAY FROM THE APPOINTMENT I HAD at 3pm, it was 2:50pm when I think it was her , the doors are closed I have come 3 times already and they keep just closing the doors to the public when ever they want!!!!!!! I know its summer but do you really need to skip work for a burger??? if who I saw was the employee , what a pathetic burger eater she is .

H&R Block's messaging system sucks, the scheduling system let me schedule an appointment with my tax preparer when my tax preparer wasn't available, and the documents section corrupted several of the files I uploaded so my tax preparer couldn't see them. My tax preparer also doesn't seem to have a better grasp of small business taxes than I do. Their system allows me to deduct medical insurance premiums but not out of pocket medical expenses if I use h&r block online, but if I use a "tax pro" I can deduct out of pocket medical expenses, but not insurance premiums. It doesn't make sense and I'm sure I'm paying more taxes than I need to be, and I paid an extra $300 to get the same result as when I calculated my taxes myself.

Walked in with my mother to get our taxes done. Set an appointment and everything with a guy named. Now im aware my mother is a germaphobe. But she was definitely right during this encounter. He kept touching his mouth and flipping through our documents, but the only thing that was bad as his breath was his attitude. Said to me and my mother "we would be better served elsewhere." Thank GOODNESS we took our business elsewhere. See you never killer Breath.
