“Had a really great experience at this branch that requires attention. Wow. Branch Banker Maria Sanchez went above and beyond meeting an urgent need of mine to get some form notarized last minute. She stayed after hours, was still overwhelming friendly and customer oriented (even though we all knew she was working past her time), and on top of that, she still felt the need apologize in taking longer than expected to verify me and meet our needs. This was simply exceptional service and an example of going above and beyond for their customers. I’m not currently a personal PNC Bank customer as I’m only a member/signer of a entity that banks there, but after this service, I will open an account first thing tomorrow morning! The person who also stayed with her was very warm and welcoming. Wish I caught her name too.”
