Please do not take your son there. Worst haircut ever. I showed a picture of what I wanted my son to look like and the outcome couldn’t have been more awful. He ended up with patches of different lengths, even after asking the hairdresser several times to fix it. My son looks like he cut his own hair. And come on, the person that receives you cannot be more rude. Never ever coming back here.

Recently my son got a haircut and one of the hair dresser trimmed off way more in the center that it started looking like a patch. When we asked her she said that she did not adjust the chair height and happened mistakenly. We reported the same to the management and ridiculously they said "usually we change $5 for this kinda style but since hairdresser messed it we won't change you $5". No apologies offered!!!! Of course you cannot charge us $5 but not my son's hair that was trimmed. Never coming back here again and never recommend for kids as staff is not patient enough to handle kids!!!!!!!!Service: Kids' cuts

I took my service dog and wanted to get haircut for my son. There was a barber there named Rose who refused to let service dogs into the shop. And said to us very rudely, if you bring a dog, I refuse to serve you. I feel discriminated against and no one has ever treated a service dog like this. Hope everyone who supports service dogs don't come here, and they have very poor skills! It's even better if we do our own haircut at home!

I took my son here for the first time today and the lady who did his hair was amazing. Told her what I wanted and she did it so quick and perfect . I also needed my hair trimmed and she sid that for me. She have me great advice too because I have very thick hair.

My son hates getting his hair cut and the hair stylist we had was so patient with him. They had extra precautions because of COVID and I felt safe there.

$15 to have them squirt water and cut 1/2” in a straight line, wouldn’t blow dry their hair so they both walked out with wet hair. Not what I was expecting. Other kid places do way more for the same price but I guess for a place in the mall it’s what to expect. The lady that greeted us was on the phone telling somebody off and couldn’t be bothered so we waited for the ladies to seat us.

I can only review the Primark in Freehold mall. When the store 1st opened I bought a sweater and a couple of tops. Buttons fell off and the fabric came apart so I never shopped there again until yesterday bc I needed one small item. The workers in there are horrible and rude. The two of them were talking and acted like I was bothering them when I asked if they had a certain item and it didn't stop there. The "workers " are miserable. This store is in dire need of customer service training! Done with primark.

I've heard so much about this store from friends and family so I figured I'd check it out, despite being in freehold mall. Which I am not a fan of any mall but this one is the worst. Anyway.. Huge store great set up cute clothes from baby to adult. The selection is huge and of course prices are totally reasonable, but the quality is horrible. I was so disappointed. It makes me sad that our clothing industry is finally cutting its losses and succumbing to importing. They do carry alot from accessories to shoes. I'm all for a bargain but I prefer quality over quantity. Also all the check out registers are in the back of the store. The clothes also seem to be for a younger crowd which is great if your broke and in college and need clothes. I can go to other stores and pay less but have quality that lasts. If you're like me and wear something till it falls apart this isnt the store for you either. Even the Jean's were made poorly. Sadly I can go to walmart and get better clothing and cheap. No thank you..
