They have lots of caps and friendly staff who were really helpful they explained what most of the symbols on the caps meant. Most of them are actually affiliated with different sports teams from different leagues but they also had some meaningful ones as well

Went in there about a month ago for a new hat, no issues. Been to the mall 4 times since for new hats (different days & times of day) for me & my kids, this store been closed each time. What are the true store hours here?

The associate is extremely rude and judge mental. The store also closes and opens randomly whenever they feel like closing it. Don't trust the hours that are listed on google. Has a good selection but the worker is disrespectful and rude.

worst return policy ever wouldnt accept the hat back with its receipt due to Ria the cashier explaining the hat looked bent. the hat was never worn mind you. Awful experience. And the hat Was bought one day ago. Don't go to this Lids nasty not accommodating and not smart workers!!!

Very rude sales person "behind the counter," particularly rude to his fellow salesman who was new, so condescending. I winded up purchasing a couple of caps, just on principal alone.

Manager is a poor business man and doesn't understand customer service at all! He needs to go take a 101 class to understand how to take care of customer issues fairly. For every poor experience he creates he loses not only that wronged customer but also the MANY potential customers that will hear about that experience. Penny wise and dollar stupid he is.
