I got an oil change and Lou and his team were great! Even when setting up the appointment he was honest and accommodating. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.

An hour from home and with a flat, I went into Lou’s at 445 on a Friday to see if I could borrow a lug wrench and jack to swap out my spare after I plugged the tire myself. Big name shop across the street offered to sell me tire(what?). Lou had one of his guys help me out and I was off in less than 10 mins. Wouldn’t accept any money I offered. A stand up shop

To say Lou (the owner) is knowledgeable about cars is an understatement. Fantastic services, fantastic staff, & no nonsense. They just want to get you back on the road safe. From the simple, to the complicated - they fix it all. FYI: The work rate is $96/hr & they don't install parts you supply. They get deliveries of car parts fairly quickly if you find yourself having to wait for service.

Our teen son purchased a unique an old Mercedes-Benz l, he's a teen he didn't think to talk to his parents first about purchasing something older than he is! lol Needless to say it wouldn't even have passed inspection because the engine light was on and it had other issues. Lou doesn't even really repair Benz but was so sweet and offered to do diagnostics for us and give us a price to get it on the road, safely, so our son could enjoy showing off its unique color - because honestly that was all he was really concerned with. Ahhhh kids! Thank you Lou for repairing what was needed and giving us a great price on four new tires I feel that our son is safely on the road thanks to you! I now see why your place is always crowded with customers! We have five kids, I'm sure this won't be the last time one of them purchases a vehicle in need of repair, we will be back!

I am a loyal customer for over 30 years. We have our cars serviced and repaired at Lou's. He runs an honest and reputable business and treats everyone like family. His service is second to none and his staff perform excellent work. I don't bring my cars anywhere else besides Lou's. Just to further add, in all our years of coming to Lou's for help, we have never felt pressured or ripped off by Lou's service. He is a stand up man. If you need help with your car, he's the guy you need.
