Came here to get some dress slacks. Jackie was extremely friendly, personable, and helpful. I was able to get a few new pairs of dress pants for work with her assistance and she helped me pick out some other active wear as well. Jackie was very informative and provided me with all the product knowledge I needed to confidently make my purchases today.

Of course, the clothes material style are amazing. But the service was not matching the price point. A lot of chaos and confusion, the store was very disorganized, it is clear that the staff has a lack of training and professionalism. When one charges 100+ dollars for a pair of pants the service needs to be perfection. In my opinion, this is a business that is growing too fast for itself, and all they really have is style and quality. Which is easily some thing that can be made. If anybody knows a brand or a store that has similar styles. Please feel free to reach out and let me know.

Terrible customer service. Cancelled my order without ever notifying me or providing a reason, tried calling the store multiple times and they either picked up and hung up right away, or didn’t pick up at all. Voicemail was full so there was no option to leave a message.

Ever noticed how their logo looks like that lady from Bob's burgers here it looks like a wig that's what I think their logo looks like other than that they have great athletic wear a bit too pricey for my taste but Hey we can't all shop at Walmart I guess

I purchased a backpack from shorts his on Thursday for $128. I was going to keep it but it didn’t fit my laptop comfortably. I called the store to ask about what backpacks they have in stock so I could exchange but was told it didn’t matter why we had in stock for an exchange because my backpack is final sale as I removed the tag and product must include the tags on it in order to be returned. I responded with “so I spent $128, the product doesn’t hold what I need it to hold and therefore is useless for me but I am now at a loss for $128 because you simply won’t exchange it for one that will fit my needs?” The girl responded with im so sorry but yes that is correct. I hung up thereafter. That’s very shocking and garbage customer service.
