I can not emphasize enough how nasty this guy Bill is. 3 stars is way to high a rating for this store based on his attitude. I bought some rotors on the napa site to pickup at his store which gives me 20% off. What a lecture I received how he loses money with my discount. I asked for a part # for rotors for my other car and he refused to give it to me. He said it's your job to figure out what you need when you order online. It's time to retire and let someone else run the business or shut it down. I love napa parts but don't go to this location to get them. I don't need one of Napa's generic responses. Find a way to stop this guy from treating customers this way.It's on you.

DONT GIVE BUSINESS TO THIS NAPA. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The old man/owner Bill is nasty and lazy. If you ask for something expect to be given an attitude. Very unpleasant. They do not care about the business you give them. Went there to return a core and he was huffing and puffing because he had to get out of his chair and walk around the counter. Probably the most unpleasant Napa I’ve been to. I actually won’t ever go back to this Napa and will be sure to spread the word!! Next phone call is corporate!

Old man in there has some attitude problems. Man thinks he knows it all about everything. Told me they don’t make rotors for my car. Called a different Napa and they solved all my problems and giving me the correct items. Yes, they do make rotors for my car buddy. Returned the original items to his store and man did he not like that. ??

I spent plenty of money at this place and the husband and wife owners were very rude. She was having a conversation with someone she knew at the counter and completely ignored I was there. She told her husband that he needed to get my part in the back and he put on a face like I was asking him to park my car. On top of that, the place is filthy. I will not be back.

The owner and the women at the front desk are rude, have zero customer service skills and gave me a hard time on a return purchased the day before on based on the owners recommendation.Recommend going two miles a way to Norwood Auto parts.

Worst customer service i have ever dealt with, this location is definitely giving napa a bad name. Man at the counter seems to be bothered when he has to get up from his chair to grab a part which is crazy considering its his job.Ill be taking my business elsewhere even if that means driving further

Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. Went to this location due to their close location and my preference for certain NAPA brand parts. Dealt with the owner Bill and I can say the word rude does not even begin to describe his demeanor and attitude. After dealing with him, I immediately contacted Napa customer service who recommended a different location that could me resolve the issues I was having, which they did immediately and without question. I would never give this location any future business, and I recommend anyone out there who values any kind of decency or customer service do the same.
