Excellent service! Had an oil change appointment yesterday and it went super smoothly! Gregg was fantastic—friendly, efficient, and kept me updated the whole time. He super helpful in explaining things and made the whole experience easy and stress-free.

This place is going here for many different times of my life. I've had multiple Nissans. My girlfriend had two Nissans as well. Service is always good. It's always quick and we k is definitely the best service provided there. He gets things done promptly efficiently and done right

Appointment is a must, but they move very quickly. There is so much chair space for everyone. Highly recommended for service to all Nissan vehicles

I’ve been coming to this dealership to get my car serviced for the past 6 years. Today I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would be ~80 for the tire rotation and oil change which I agreed to. When I received the recommended services link, the oil change and rotation came out to $120. I texted with the dealership telling them what was agreed to during drop off. They said the price will be adjusted when I pick up the car. So I go to pay and it’s $100 not the ~$80 the lady told me at drop off. Frustrated at this point I just paid but will never be going back here ever again. This was a great place but looks like it is heading down hill. Ohh yea and my wife and I received a $50 each to use but only for $100 or more in services but every time we try to use it they tell us they can’t accept it for whatever reason. I am disappointed but will find a new place to take my cars.

I got a Nissan coupon for a $39.99 oil and filter change, great!
So I took my car in to the shop and I am incredibly disappointed with what happened.
1. They told us less the an hour and a half for the oil change (I had an appointment) and it took almost three hours
2. They charged us an extra $7 dollars in service fees
3. They didn’t put the cover on after changed the oil and I had to drive all the way back to get it fixed
If I could give zero stars I would

Service department is one of the best I’ve ever been to, service was fast and friendly. Recently had to get a recall handled by them and they made it extremely easy by picking the car up from my house and lending me a courtesy car until it could be completed the next day. I would recommend their service department to anyone looking to get their vehicle serviced.

I when to get service in this dealer parts of my car were broken and stolen from one of their employees first it was my tires stem caps I when there because my tires were low on air they did the service and they never put the stem back on tires I let that pass I told my self is not worth complaining about that and I got new ones .them first time I touch my car my self to change the cabin filter and guess what it was broken they said it wasn't them but my car only gets repairs done by them and they have the audacity to put it back broken and not replaced it I don't know exactly for how long is been like that but I got the car brand new from them and I always take Care of my vehicle you would think that because you bringing your car to the same dealer to do the service repairs they would take care of your vehicle ,but not they destroy it little by little so you can keep spending money after all is the principal that counts if they broke something replace it ,don't put it it back like nothing happened.they should be ashamed. At this point I spoke to someone in the phone but because it is a recording line they didn't want to speak about it in the phone. I got there and they said they didn't broke it. who was it because my car wasn't touch by anyone else , they told me if I buy the part they do the service for free I don't even want them to touch my car again or check anything or open anything I spoke to the service manager and he was really nasty I explain that my car never got touch by anybody because I only come here for service but they didn't listen after all you live and learn .

Very friendly service personnel. Car was taken in as soon as I arrived... After a video was done of entire car; I guess so they know before hand if any scratches or dents. Waited about an hour and a half and car was done. Washed too. Very happy that everything was checked... fluids, tires etc. All was good.

They did amazing on my oil change my filter have never been cleaner! I also got new tires and let me tell you the drive is immaculate. 10/10 will be coming back
