I never write reviews but I stopped by the other day and I gotta say that manager was amazing! A customer was getting into a heated argument over something so small with one of her employees and the manager stuck up for her and tried to calm the situation down so respectfully only to be met with disrespect from the customer. Didn’t stick around long enough to tell her but if you see this girly I wish I had a manager like you when I worked retail!

I used to love this location then one day i was shopping with my niece and the store was an absolute mess and the manager had an attitude... unacceptable.

I just left this pac sun the store looked like a tornado went through it, tripping hazards everywhere, dressing rooms were closed because they were so cluttered, rude employees who were “working” in their pajamas and slippers like they just rolled out of bed! I will never give them a penny of my money!

Extremely poor customer service! As a previous business owner, I would highly suggest training and overlooking what is taking place in this store. Management or lack of management should definitely be addressed.

Good selection of clothes. They had what I needed for Christmas shopping. Friendly and helpful staff.

As soon as you walk into this store they immediately stare at you and never greet you. The employees here come off as very rude and honestly have never been helpful in the slightest bit. Idk if there is even a manger there because i don’t understand how they allow little kids to run a store. Someone needs to humble these employees.

The lack of ethics of this brand as a whole really show in the staff. Employee's don't greet you when you enter, then push past you to get to their friends without an excuse me or anything, & when I asked if she could get me something off the wall that was high up she said "later" so I left after 10 minutes of no help. Store employee's & management clearly need to be swept and reevaluated!

The manger there Rachael was the rudest lady I ever met. She gave me an attitude and she treat her worker awful there.I feel bad for the workers.
