I was helped by Layla and bill today. They were truly wonderful to my kids and got them so excited for our new bearded dragon- “Rico” who has the coolest tank in town. Thank you both!!!!

We love petco. Sometimes I wish they had more in stock bit they do have some great sales ans are always very helpful. We went from one petco store to another due to the honesty of a worker.

This store doesn't even deserve one star. How in the world is this place still open! It smells absolutely horrible, it's a complete dump, and the store itself is falling apart. Shopping there feels like an apocalypse, no customers, no employees and it looks like stuff has been sitting on the shelves collecting dust for years. And don't even get me started on the condition of the ferret cage and fish tanks. What a nightmare, I am in complete shock.

Terrible service we had an appointment and we were 10 minutes late. No one notified us the veterinarian just left. They canceled our appointment without a notification.??

This store is great! It's about a 50/50 shot if you can find an employee at the cash lanes or anywhere on the floor which makes stealing really east! I've stolen several large bags of dog food and I don't even own a dog, I just steal it because they let me!But seriously CSS in this place is so hit or miss. You stand and walk around looking for someone to ring you up and then (I'm assuming the manager) wants to waste more time asking for your # and not knowing how to use the register.
