My more recent trips, especially the last two have been excellent, thanks to the employees. One was named Tom, and the other I forgot to get his name - sorry, because he deserves recognition too.
I came in looking for things that had been purchased there more than a year ago. Both times the employees knew that the items were no longer carried by the store, saving me lots of time hunting for things that were not on the shelf. It may seem odd to give a store 5-stars for something they don't carry, but it is the employee knowledge that gets the five stars. Note to store owners and managers - create a good working environment where your employees are happy to work there, and want to stay. That consistency and store knowledge translates to a great customer experience!”
