Everyone I have met recently is so friendly and helpful even when I am confused with directions for diagnostic procedures and how to proceed or one day when I was in a rush. Really great staff.

What a miserable fat slob of a woman there who refuses to help if you make a mistake a the check in. Terrible place and my family will never go back.
They should be ashamed of their attitude.

This location was easy to drive to and park. The appointment was right on-time. It was easy to check-in. The staff was friendly and professional. I don't like having my blood taken and I get nervous. The tech kept me talking, my anxiety went away, and the procedure was done so quickly. Excellent service!

I understand that patients with appointments take priority, however why take them in prior to their appointments?! Also taken in after appointment time as they checked in late and taken right in.

Always happy with the ease of making appointment. Staff has always been kind. However I needed to contact office to confirm receipt of script and they do not offer that service. I thought that was odd and not helpful to the patient.

In and out, smooth visit. Entrance into the office are not handicap assessable? The doors are very heavy and I must maneuver through 2 doors with a walker or on my scooter? Very difficult without assistance!

Have used this facility many times and always gave it a 5. Today was a different situation. Tech was about and not friendly at all. Asked me a few questions which I didn't know the answers to. Her mannerisms were not kind or comforting. When I left I had blood dripping down my arm so I asked someone else for paper towels. Was not a good experience at all sorry to say. A large bug was crawling across the counter so I asked her to get it. Maybe not as clean as it should be
