I can’t emphasize how much patient care this place has, Rashi conducted my blood work and every step along the way she checked on me like a dedicated nurse not a tech. Great location and easy appointment process !

My husband and I had appts for today at 11:20. Yes, we got there very early, at 8:30. We usually go to East Brunswick Quest and they take you earlier if you get there early. Today at this location, they took walk ins before us. Yes, we were early, but we had appts. We left after 1hr 45 min wait and drove to East Brunswick. We checked in as walk ins and are finished. Never again at this location!!

It was easy to schedule my appointment online. Using the information provided during the online process I was able to quickly check in. I was taken in based on my appointment. The technician was able to complete the testing in a timely manner.However, I have been very disappointed in the inability to get my test results online as I have in the past. Although the results have already been communicated to my doctor, this site has still not made them available to me for review. This is very disappointing and unacceptable.

They were quick, on-time, seamless transitioning and friendly. I've been here a few times and have always had good experiences. Not sure why the rating is so low, but honestly have had no issues!

I've been coming here for quite some time, usually at least twice a year for the last several years. The phlebotomists are exceptional. My veins are practically invisible and they get one the first time every time.Almost every visit is quick and pleasant. My most recent visit was less than exemplary but I was the last patient of the day and maybe they had a rough afternoon. It happens.Your best bet is to make an appointment online. It couldn't be easier pick a date and a time and enter your insurance information. You can even check in on your phone when you get there.Be patient and pleasant and you'll have an excellent experience.

Went for blood work the other day and arrived 15 min before closing at 3. The nurse/tech met me by the door and asked me why I came so late. I explained to her I came straight from work and I had to drive from Tinton Falls. All the way in to room #2 she was whining how she has to stay and process the sample. I could only think, is this your job and I hope she doesn’t poke the needle thru my arm.I had to follow up with more blood work and I was helped by two very professional and pleasant nurse/techs. I would like to say Khushi and Urvajhi were very courteous and helpful with the sample and paperwork. So, if it wasn’t for Ms Cranky I would give you 5 stars

I would rate lower if I could. When I went in to pick up test material, I waited 20 min was handed the material with little to no explanation of what to do. Had to call my Dr. office to get the info.staff extremely rude("we're short staffed so just wait")

Made an appointment for 2:40 got there by 3 and the lady yelled at me through the doors and said we are closed. I understand I was late but the worker could have come out or even let me get to the door and to tell me they are close. But she didn’t she was yelling through two doors so I wouldn’t even walk in. I walked in anyway and asked if they had any other places that are open later she said I have been here 8 hours go to the urgent care. Also you should extend the hours of operation because people work and do not want to take off of work just to go for a test. I work Monday through Saturday 7-3 you really should make the hours till at least 4:30-5.

I just went to the Freehold location. I did not have an appointment however there were only two people beside myself at 9:15 am in the waiting room. One of your employees came out to announce " if you don't have an appointment we can't service you". KEEP IN MIND THREE PEOPLE IN TOTAL WERE IN THE WAITING ROOM AT 9AM. 4/15/23Sad!!!

The absolute worst. The tech was rude and rushed and ultimately ended up causing pain and bruising on my arm. To make matters worse, they never even sent the results to my doctor until I followed up two weeks later. Will never return again.

I was completely shocked to see one of their techs screaming at an elderly patient in the waiting room who was a bit confused and just needed some guidance. A bully needs to find someone their own size. Reprehensible! Send her back!

Shana needs a lesson or two on empathy and customer service. Times must be tough if Shana is the supervisor that Quest feels is best to represent their company. She is curt, impatient, and just has a nasty personality. Yes, they honored my appointment time quickly and I was in & out in under 10 minutes but she needs some basic customer service skills. Convenience of the location is the only reason I use this facility. Nasty attitudes are a systemic issue there.

Tessie from Quest was so gentle when she drew my blood. It was so quick and painless and she showed a lot of compassion and bedside manners while drawing blood. What is usually a very stressful thing for me, was seamless and easy!
