Owner charged me for services I did NOT ask for. Charged my credit card without me authorizing it. Had an attitude. I waited 15 minutes for her as she chatted with her employees - just sat around waiting to be taken. She was not even helping another client.

Went here once and will never go back! I asked for long layers and a blowout with volume, and got a frizzy mess, while I was getting my hair blowdryed, I asked the stylist are you gonna cut my layers she said I do it at the end. What I got was a trim maybe an inch! NO LAYERS. I live close by and when I got home it was frizzy and a mess. It was more like a hangout then a professional salon.

Ariel has been my hairstylist for years and I’ll never go to anyone else! She’s done several different hair colors on me and perfectly achieves what I’m looking for every single time. She’s the best. The salon is clean and it’s a fun environment to be in.. all the girls are so sweet.Services: Highlights

If I could give this salon more than 5 stars I would. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Nicole does one of the best mens cuts I have Gg ever had. Much better than most “barbers” I’ve went to!Service: Hair coloring

I paid $400 (balayage) for my hair to look basically the same as how I came in. The blonde in my hair is slightly lighter but it is not a big difference and definitely not worth $400. But overall very nice workersService: Hair coloring

A typical hair salon, nothing out of the ordinary. As far as a business, poorly run with price increases often, no notice until it's time to pay. Prices are not posted, it's always a mystery. Surprised that a manager would allow stylists to raise prices on their own. Moved on to another salon, exact same services $65. Less and find the product to stay

I've been coming to Salon Jador for the past three years and my hairdresser is the amazingly talented Juli!! I love how she listens, styles and colors my hair with close attention to what fits my hair texture, face shape and for my requests!! The salon has handled the covid situation so carefully and respectfully to all involved! I would highly recommend having Juli be your hairstylist !!

The haircut was pretty cute and the hairstylist was pretty skilled, but she was borderline racist. She kept on talking about my accent (really I have one? Wow I didn't notice before), when did I come to America?, that my English was too fluent for only be here five years, that my hair had to be curly because I was Italian ( ?????), that I sounded Russian (I legit told her I was Italian fifteen seconds earlier). She could understand why I said my husband was American. She said "but which nationality. I'm Italian American for example. My husband is a mixed so we call him mud" really? That's not nice. I tried to change the subject several times but she kept on going there. I felt like I needed to show her my passport with my visa to stop her comments. She also talked about politics and some other things that shouldn't be addressed during a haircut. In conclusion: I rather die before going there again.
