Casey in the print section is amazing!!! He helped me over the course of two days with a color hue/printing issue. My business cards came out PERFECT, all with his help and diligence. I run an animal rescue, so his prompt help was greatly appreciated.

Staples sold me a used chair! Beware!
I bought and paid for a new chair from Staples ($250!), and what I received was an opened box, re-taped back up (and badly I might add) with used chair pieces inside.
When I opened the crudely re-taped box, inside was the chair pieces to put together, re-packaged in plastic with different tapes as if the plastic has been ripped open, and then re-taped with whatever they had lying around.
Some of the chair pieces inside had scuff marks and/or debris on the fabric as if they had been used, sent back, then repackaged back up, thrown in an already opened box and re-taped back up (badly).
I had paid for a brand new chair at a brand new chair price, and what I got was somebody else's return.....that had been opened and used.
From an Etsy or small home based business, I might expect that, NOT FROM A HUGE CHAIN STORE LIKE STAPLES. Unacceptable.

Dishonest staff. Found one item on shelf marked on sale, when I went on register to buy it, they ran original price. When asked about the sale price, they asked someone to check the price and then refused to sell me at marked price. They refused to sell it on marked price and wanted me to pay way more tha. The price listed on shelf.

I created a legal document for someone and went to this Staples to print on parchment style paper. Upon arrival, I logged into the computer to retrieve the document from my email. I printed on white paper first as a test of quality. My wife went to the counter to ask about the parchment paper. Three employees stood there talking for five minutes before acknowledging her presence. Meanwhile, I’m being charged by the minute. My wife explained what she wanted and handed her the whole tray on parchment style paper. She took four sheets and walked over to the printer. The older lady walked over and watched me put the paper in the printer tray and she walked away. I printed, paid for the computer and prints, and stood up. We were confused because we didn’t pay for the parchment. We approached the counter and asked how to pay for the paper given. The question I younger blonde behind the counter said they are supposed to do it all behind the counter. She then said, “That’s what she was trying to tell you”. Please remember nothing was said to us when she tried to hand the entire tray of paper to my wife. We told we are fine this time.

A lot of things went wrong I had to print out three papers and they said I didn't have the attachment I told them I sent it to them and they act like they didn't see it, and out of nowhere because of the three papers I printed out and the papers were left blank and it charged me $2 for no reason what a waste, I tried to tell them and they totally didn't understand and they were rude and nasty, so I decided to cancel and forget about it I decided I'm just going to go somewhere else and print out the papers, they didn't understand a word I was saying like I was talking to a machine, that's the last time I'm going to go back there

I came into to pick up memorial cards for a funeral, when I arrived Jess showed me my prints and they were extremely off center. Jess was amazing and got me fixed up with new prints immediately. I cannot say how kind and helpful Jess was. I hope all your employees behave the way she does. Poise, kindness and class.
