I came into to pick up memorial cards for a funeral, when I arrived Jess showed me my prints and they were extremely off center. Jess was amazing and got me fixed up with new prints immediately. I cannot say how kind and helpful Jess was. I hope all your employees behave the way she does. Poise, kindness and class.

Just was at staples on rt9 in Monmouth County freehold NJ to have something printed out first off I was waiting in line for good 5mins which there was no one in front of me this employee finally ask me what I needed which I applied that have code and needed something printed before I could get all that out she turned her back to me and walked away I said excuse me can you print this she replied we don’t do that go to the printer you’re self I been to multiple staples around the area and I never had come across a employe that was this disrespectful to a customer that’s your job to help customer out poor customer service

I went to print one sheet. It cost .44. When I inquired,Tom who may or may not be the manager(he didn't say) said it's cause I chose the better paper. I said I did no such thing. He wouldn't make an adjustment.

Last night, I went in to get favor tags (2” x 3.5”) printed. I needed assistance because when I bought the tags on Etsy, it was not sent to me with multiple on one page, so when I tried to print, it was only allowing me to print one on a page which I thought was a waste of paper. Fortunately, Dominic graciously offered to assist me. He showed me how it would look with different sizes, and was able to print what I needed within minutes. He even cut the favor tags with me, which was so helpful and would have taken me at least an hour to manually cut each one. I have not experienced such great customer service. He truly went above and beyond, and really helped me with what I needed!

Shame on Staples....went to get plans copied and they tell me it's $30 and it will be 90 minutes, but , if I want them done while I wait, it is an additional $9....all while 2 employees were waiting for something to do...they are not considerate of peoples time.There are other choices for service , and I'll be using them from now on.

My wife and I wanted to purchase an office desk, and we asked the staff if the price on the desk accounted for the desk and the piece that came with it or just the desk. The man told us both pieces were included for the price and he offered to package it up for us. When we got to the register, we were told there was a price mislabeling and that the desk was actually DOUBLE the price it was listed at. I then asked why the desk would be labeled at the lower price, and the staff just shrugged and the manager said he could get fired for “marking down” the price that low. Needless to say, we walked out without a desk as very unhappy customers. Don’t waste your time with these incompetent false advertisers.Also, we showed up 1 hour before the listed closing time, only to be told the store was actually closing in 5 minutes. Update your hours.

Staples sold me a used chair! Beware! I bought and paid for a new chair from Staples ($250!), and what I received was an opened box, re-taped back up (and badly I might add) with used chair pieces inside.When I opened the crudely re-taped box, inside was the chair pieces to put together, re-packaged in plastic with different tapes as if the plastic has been ripped open, and then re-taped with whatever they had lying around. Some of the chair pieces inside had scuff marks and/or debris on the fabric as if they had been used, sent back, then repackaged back up, thrown in an already opened box and re-taped back up (badly).I had paid for a brand new chair at a brand new chair price, and what I got was somebody else's return.....that had been opened and used.From an Etsy or small home based business, I might expect that, NOT FROM A HUGE CHAIN STORE LIKE STAPLES. Unacceptable.

Very pleased with the service. The printing deportment did a great job. Dominic, Jake and Jess, are very friendly , professional and accommodating. Our last minute order was finished perfectly! Highly recommended to any business or individual who needs printing service.
