Whenever I order an item, the delivery is very timely and I've never had to return anything. However, I do know the return process is simple and easy. The quality of the gear is exceptional. No complaints.

Very disappointed in the pros shop!!! I'm a truck driver and deliver next to it and they refuse to do a exchange for a bigger rashguard because the other one was small. It's a easy process not really sure why they can't do it. As much as I pay for the gear and it's worth it, they can't do a simple exchange and there at least 7 people in the office not including the warehouse

This is the first time I am having a bad experience with Tigear Fight Gear. I order grappling shirt for my son in August and I am still waiting for it. I understand it was back order, and I have been very patient. I email customer service and I was lied to. I was told that the shirt should have been sent by now and that they will "resend expedite". Two weeks later and nothing again. I just called and the representative just told me that I have to wait until next week. And on top of all that, no apologies. Very disappointed.

Complete rip off , whoever answers the phone is no help . Charge you a small fortune for there gear and for shipping. Even though I'm in freehold all the time , they won't let me pick up order because they want that delivery charge money . Son has one grappling shirt and needs more and they discontinued his shirt. Alternative shirt is skin tight and doesn't like it . But no solution from them.
