I needed to return something I had bought online, but only had the return shipping label on my cell phone. No clue how to transfer that to my own non working printer. To just send it on my own would've been $40!A gentleman there saw this conundrum and my frustration, looked at my cell, quickly sent the label to ups and printed it out and stuck o my package. FANTASTIC!!!!! Free shipping and I got my products' $200 refund this weekend. Wish I knew his name, but he saved the day, my brain, and my wallet. :) Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!

stopped at this ups store for the first time ever today, i had 4 large boxes that already had labels and just needed to be scanned. i am hard of hearing and apparently one of the women asked me a question and i didn’t hear her which made her think she could roll her eyes at me and look at me like im stupid. didn’t catch her name but she looked old and had glasses on. (after reading more reviews i’m assuming this woman’s name was caroline) absolutely horrible person and customer service. they also don’t weigh boxes when asked.

Absolute horrible customer service from specifically Caroline. Giving me two different stories of where my package was sent. When she realized that it was a mistake on their end she changed her story and when I questioned it she hung up on me I tried to call back and they either ignore or put me on an endless hold. My package was valuable and regardless even if it wasn't this is not a way to treat people. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

I had to ship a package which is what one does at the ups store. Only one computer that was open with a line out the door and 3 employees. Approximately 5 people went infront of me because the woman with gray hair and glasses couldn't move to a computer. I finally get a person with a computer she couldn't hear me over someone taping packages. I raise my voice so she could hear then she reprimanded me for raising my voice.I've been in this store many many times and I cannot express how uncomfortable I felt. It was demeaning!I think I will have to take business elsewhere. If they are overworked not my problem so is everyone else.Worst customer service. I am not one to write reviews but something needs to be done.

Not a great experience when I wanted to send a scope back to manufacturer for repair. Kid/mgr told me sending gun parts was against some rules somewhere. There is no way possible to create a gun from a scope. Impossible. Funny thing is I purchased a firearm that got delivered to my FFL 2 years ago through UPS. Go figure?

I went in here to overnight something . I brought my 5 year old son with me and the people who worked there were great with him . They gave him a lollipop and a bag of little play toys and the guy behind the counter even played catch with him . It was honestly so nice to see and interact with people like that

Awful experience here. The young brunette male working there is extremely rude. He told me he couldn’t take our return, basically pushing me and my husband to leave. When the woman manager came out she was amazing, great attitude and service. She accepted our return, no problem. The young boy needs better training or maybe just a different job. Customer service is not his strong suit!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Please do not go to this store. Not only are they incompetent, they have horrible customer service (as many of the other reviews discuss). I went to this UPS Store for their pack and mail service, where they box up my items and ship them. Sadly, they packed many of my things in someone else's box, so I never received my things. This included many sentimental items like my high school yearbook and VHS tapes of family videos that I planned to digitize.When notified of the mistake, the staff there didn't seem to care much. I spoke one time to the manager, Rita, who yelled at me because of how much work this created for her team to try to track down my belongings ("there were 157 packages that went out that day. Do you know how many phone calls I need to make?"). I left repeated messages and emails, but neither Rita nor the owner (I don't know his name because he never returned my calls or got on the phone when I called) ever called me back. Never received an apology. Only one employee was the slightest bit empathetic and tried to help.To the owner: please do not respond to this post that I should contact the store like you have in other similar posts. You clearly do not care about your customers, only respond to negative reviews on sites like this, but never take any real action.

Rude and condescending. Needed to print a label and needed assistance to access the computer. They told me to keep trying. Well I did that that's why I asked for help. Associate walked away before I could get the label. I Left and went to Manalapan ups store where they were kind enough to do thier job and help me.
