Terrible establishment. I have been tracking a package for 3 weeks that has made it to this facility and mysteriously made it back to Jersey City. Now it’s back at this facility with an estimated delivery date of last week Friday..Calling customer service has been no help in the situation because they can give me no answers. Hopefully the package is delivered today as when I called the service date of delivery was changed. lol this place is a joke

I was in the Freehold Township post office this afternoon. I was smiled at and greeted, treated with courtesy and my package was handled quickly. Such a nice suprise! Thumbs up to the team working behind the counter!

Amazon box put on the mailbox lid where it could be stolen by anyone driving by, fall off and get run over, or break the mailbox because the carrier didn’t feel like getting out of the truck.

This post office does not know how to sort mail. I get my neighbor's mail almost every week. Last week I had to go next store to get a book I ordered, and today, I had to do it again. I have called to speak to someone about this, and they hang up on you. It's ridiculous.

Experiencing bad service at the post office is frustrating, but spending time writing a negative review in the morning is not a good way to start the day.

Overall a great experience! Just dropped off over 130 wedding invitation and John hand stamped them for me while I was there. He was kind and patient and I greatly appreciated his help! Furthermore when I came to ask what type of stamps I needed for my wedding invitation based on the wait they were very knowledgeable about which ones compared to other post offices I went to before.

Went here one time instead of my usual post office.Awful. Workers were fighting with one another and what should've taken about 60 seconds to drop off packages became 15 minutes of pretty awkward and frankly embarrassing fighting between adults.Haven't gone back, would recommend other Post offices like Adelphia.

The workers there do not have a care in the world. On MULTIPLE occasions I have tried to drop off Bulk Mail for my business. Each time it is met with resistance. Either they block off the entrance, they're on lunch break at 10:00am, and most recently the employee decided to take a 3 day Non-Post office related online course and closed the bulk mailing service down for 3 days while he sits in there taking his class. It baffles me this employee is still getting paid when he is refusing to do the basic requirements of his job.
