Horrible place since it’s not a corporate store. Lied about the promotion, lied about how the trade process works. They give you credit to the store and all this free stuff. However, they don’t tell you that Verizon corporate will come back and will ask for the money from you later. Just all these lies and extra charges in my bill for not going to a corporate store.

If I could give a zero or negative number, I would! James, store manager lied 3 different times (3 different explanations) when I went back to complain that I was being charged for my “free” phone.He originally offered a promotion for a free phone when I purchased one… the following month I got charged, he said it would be credited - it wasn’t. The next month he concocted another story, and now this month said he never said there was a free phone promotion ?. Don’t go there!!

Every time I come in here the associates are on the phones with customers. Doesn’t Verizon have a dedicated customer service team for that? Why do I need to wait a half hour in the store for an associate? Defeats the purpose of having a store.

Had a great experience. They never upsold me and found me the best deal for a new phone and for my trade-in. Steven and the rest of the team was super helpful. I will definitely come back!!

Guys were nice but did not mention the additional cost of $50 to do the number transfer for me until we left. Then we still had an issue and had to do the port request myself the next day. Additionally they added the protection plan without consent and put in the wrong promotion. So what did I actually pay for when I have to spend over an hour of my time fixing their mistakes?

If I could give a zero, I would definitely do that. They’re absolutely horrible and they lie about everything including what your charges are on your plan and what you’re gonna end up paying they sell you a line and walk away and say they can’t do anything to edit it it’s too late always an excuse always an excuse that they can’t change anything that it’s too late that you should have agreed to it that you should have read the agreements we expect the salesman to actually, be transparent so you can make the best decision when purchasing

the guy that helped us made up math to give us certain bill that did not include any add ons he said it would, so we're paying even more for just our service. when i said i wasn't interested in the specific phone he was going to set me up with his comment was "what's more important, the color of the phone or your selfies - you look like you take a lot of selfies" - that felt sexist & unnecessary.i had to activate my own phone because he failed to do that properly (but i still got charged activation fee) & didn't apply the "15 pro on us" promotion - a selling point for a phone that i didn't want + it STILL overheats like crazy so buyer beware. if i have to go to verizon in person, i'm not going back to this location - overall it felt unprofessional.

Don’t be suckers like us Seniors! We switched to Verizon last June and bought 2 new iPhones from this store, as they were advertising a promotion. The salesmen told us to trade in our old iPhones and get a $35 discount for FIOS/Internet sign-ups when we signed up. They said it would take 60 days for the FIOS discount to be applied to our bill. I kept telling them we are seniors and cannot afford the current bill. Either I get the promised discount, or I won't buy the new iPhones. For five months, I kept following up with them. The salesmen blamed it on Verizon’s poor customer service. Verizon Customer Service blamed it on this store, saying I am not entitled to the discount that was promised. They said the salesmen only cared about selling us expensive iPhones.
