I have written sbout this store several times. They are so impressive with their professionalism, ACCURACY and especially kindness .is incredible... The employees are friendly, patient. Respectful .. and again, most importantly, kind.
Stigmas are never placed on individual ciients/patients. This is so very important. Charlie Joe, Myrna, and.. .. are just a few who are so hard working, and HELPFUL. There isn’t a question you would ever feel uncomfortable to ask.
My only concern is that a company as reputable as Walgreens gives these employees 1 half hour for lunch. No one can get a sandwich or a bite to eat in this short of time ??? It takes them a half hour to just open, close and lock the gates ??? This is ridiculous and as far as I am concerned (a very long time customer) a safety issue.!!! Give them a break … no one has ever prompted me to write this review ..(I have written 3 this being the third in a life time ) and one being another outstanding review for this store. These employees work hard and should , as I have said before, be given opportunity to teach and train Walgreen (s) employees how to treat, and as usual, be kind…
Please give these employees the small teeny amount of time to relax while eating instead of shoving there food down there throats and running back to the pharmacy to unlock and push the jail doors open to continue with their shift. It’s mean ?!!!!! Show sone compassion and appreciation for these terrific employees.

Worst Walgreens. Cluttered by check out, lost photos, ignoring patrons, and dirty. Cashiers unable to help with photo pickup. The other freehold Walgreens needs to get their photo printer/cutter back up and running because this is the worst Walgreens I’ve been at. Will go to CVS for my essentials next time.

I'm only putting 1 star so I can post. The pharmacy people are rude! They won't fill my script until 2 days after it's past due. They said it was the insurance. We call insurance they said nope it's due to be filled the 9th that's 2 days before it actually due. So we called Walgreens back someone answered with attitude and being nasty they hung up. My husband called back they picked up and hung up again. Do not use this pharmacy they don't care about people needing there meds. I am disabled with a lot of medical issues especially with my back and neck. I am also having surgery in a couple days. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealth with. I am also calling the state as well. It's illegal to hold people's medication for 2 days just because u think you can because you have control over a pharmacy! Your not God you can't do whatever u want!

The best Walgreens! Feels like a small mom and pop shop even though it is not. The pharmacy department is stella, even though they are always busy. The tech went out of his way to help me. He was polite, personable and hard working. You can tell he takes pride in his job and enjoys helping people.

Stay away from the Walgreens pharmacy at 3247 Route 9, Freehold. The pharmacist, Charles S. is horrible! He is unprofessional and does not know his job, giving me misinformation.

A small Walgreens but usually has everything that you both want and need when it comes to a pharmacy. This place has that mom and pop kind of feeling that further adds to the comfort and reliable experience that one typically looks for when dealing with a pharmacy and Charlie the pharmacist is the best there is! Five stars all the way!

Today I went into Walgreens for a photo. I was helped by a young woman name Luisa. I’m sorry that I don’t remember her last name. She was so very helpful with so much patience helping me to scan my photo. It was busy at the counter and she helped so many people with the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. I actually wanted to give her a small tip but she wouldn’t take it. So many places expect tips for the minor things they do but she went above and beyond and did not want anything extra. In this day and age it was truly a breath of fresh air that made my day better. I wish her the best and hope that Walgreens recognizes what a good employee they have .This was the Walgreens in the same shopping center as livotis

Pharmacy staff is amazing!!!!! They helped me out in a pinch. I scheduled my booster shot online but it didn’t go through. I explained that I took 2 days off work to do this. I am healthcare worker and they were able to squeeze me in. I owe them big time. Will be forever loyal to this store. They deserve a huge shout out and a raises. Thank you so much!!!
