They are very professional and know what they're doing. Maria helped to sell me on a natural diamond (which I am very glad I decided to go with) and guided me through the ring creation process by emailing me and messaging me frequently over the course of the customization process. Robert helped find the perfect diamond, designed the ring, figured out how many diamonds and how much material would be needed, and quoted me on the price all within a couple hours and also while dealing with silly comments/conversation from my brother and I (very funny guy I must say). I also received a discount on the ring that was greater than any other store or seller I had contacted previously, which was an added bonus! My beautiful ring came in within about 6 weeks and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this Jared store for engagement ring purchases, and I highly recommend the services of Robert and Maria.
