Worst customer service. I called to pick up auction purchases on Tuesday at 3pmI was told NO, you have to have an appointment, I made an appointment for Wednesday before 4It took forever to find them because they have no sign and certainly the person that makes the appointment doesn't tell you what to look for.I got there Wednesday at 2:45. Checked in at the office and I am talked to like I am a big bother.Told to wait by the roll up door and that's where I waited till 3:20Went back to the office to check on the progress and was treated with giant eye roll and "they are working on it"Back I go to wait by the doorFinally they get it together and I am loaded and out at 3:40. Only an hour to pick up 6 lotsall small items and had I not pushed it would have been longerI will never darken their doorway again

They don't know what they are doing. Beyond charging large fees for minimal service, the don't care about what they are handling. They dropped a Florence Knoll "Partners Desk" in front of my eyes. $1000 damage plus the high fee. Avoid if possible.

terrible service and attitude. Crazy storage charge and very rude customer service lady called Kerry. Avoid them if you can and choose some other carrier.
