Anthony and his team handled our situation with professional and personal care. Anthony responded within minutes of our crash by sending out the tow truck which had a 15 min response time. Additionally, the tow truck driver was very professional in his response and handling the appropriate transportation of our car. Also, Anthony assisted personally on how to go about the situation with our family and how to even approach replacing the child seats in the car through our insurance which was something we did not know about and our insurance company didn’t even share with us. Moreover, upon pick up our fixed vehicle we discussed our situation to ultimately upgrade our vehicle for a third row in the future. The tow driver was at the shop and even showed us his personal vehicle with its capabilities for our growing family. Also, Anthony went out of his way to replace the vehicle’s battery as it was at its end of life and the vehicle wouldn’t start separate from the body work issue.
