I have had nothing but issues today with your company. The app was supposed to make signing the lease agreement easy. There was supposed to have been a notification in the app where I could’ve done this. Nope not there. I called customer service and they were not able to help me. They sent me a downloadable version of the lease which I have to mail back to them. This isn’t saving time. Why good is the app then??
I also spent FOUR hours at the DMV to obtain my temporary license because there was an issue on INTOXILOCK’S end because someone didn’t put in the right information. Horrible!
Lastly, I haven’t even begun to drive my vehicle with this device. I can only imagine that it’s going to continue downhill from here. Let’s hope I’m really really surprised and wrong about that.
This situation is unfortunate. People are already in a bad place when they come to company’s like yours. You should be able to help them not make it more difficult.

I've had a very good experience with Vac's. The 2 mechanics I have had experience with have been extremely helpful. They have made this negative experience a little easier.

This company is an absolute scam! They will put out false readings to charge you violation fees. Even when you have GERD which affects readings. They will play of your guilt and shame and fear of repercussions. And they will charge exorbitant amounts for install and removal. Try another company. I don't know who else but not these guys.
