“Carmine is amazing!! We bought a carpet we loved... and our installer on day-of installation broke the news that we needed it serged before install, demonstrating that it would unravel without it. We found Carmine and we were glad we did!He saved us. He serged our 100 linear feet and helped us pick a serging yarn in the color and material that worked best for us. He serged all sides and both ends, communicated regularly, and had it repackaged and ready to go quicker than we thought possible (it took a week, but only because we had to have the yarn shipped, it would've taken less time if we had done that first!).And Carmine knows his stuff. Our installer (on our second attempt, post-serging) commented to us that the serging was top notch. He normally cuts into a pre-serged carpet and the serging freys because it was done cheaply and commercially. Not with Carmine and his real-deal equipment! Saved us hours on the install which of course was also $$$ for not having to spread the job over two days.He's also just a great guy! He made the process, which was daunting for us, as painless and easy as possible and it was a treat to go pick the final product up. And he was easily under his competition price-wise being an independent business. Even though he was a bit of a drive away, it was definitely worth it.Don't shop around, this is the guy!!
