I had my doctor send my medication to this pharmacy. When I come to pick it up they only gave me one out of 4 medications I had to receive. They didn’t tell me anything about the other three and I had to call to ask them about it and they said “oh call us back in an hour” shouldn’t they call me when it’s ready?? I will not be returning to this pharmacy since they can’t give me all my medications on time.

Today (July 4) we visited the ER and my son needed two prescriptions as a result, one of which was to hopefully have some comfort for the rest of the holiday. We walked back to the pharmacy BEFORE 4:55pm. The window was half-closed. The man behind the counter said “we’re closed”. I looked at my watch. He said, “we’re getting ready to close”. I explained the situation and he just shrugged and smiled. REFUSED to help us when he should have still be open to customers. Horrendous behavior. I won’t even call it “customer service.”

Everytime I’m on the phone with cvs I wait at least 20 minutes and they are not helpful whatsoever so then I have to go in person every single time.

Was in line at the pharmacy at 1:10pm called several times and the phone connects then goes dead I notice this happens near lunch time and near closing or busy. Rude pharmacy staff rude front store manager that offered no suggestion to an issue. This location needs a new staff just close it renovate and hire a new team seriously.

CVS is zero is customer service and needs to get there act together. I took time out of my busy day to download coupons for saline, bio freeze, deodorant and other items. Shopped for those items, checked out, had the coupons I had downloaded scanned. The “system” was not accepting them even tho I confirmed my account with the same email was logged up. False advertising! Shoddy IT! Zero customer service. I had no choice but to leave the items I had shopped for and leave the store. I’ll not be back! Shame on CVS. National retailer that can’t get out of their own way!

The staff at the pharmacy is Hideous.They leave untrained staff alone to work the window without support leaving her literally crying. then when you call them out and shame them for treating their staff like that do they take offense and flip it like the customer is to blame. “The automated refill system doesn’t work that’s why we tell customers they either have to speak to someone live or walk in to fill a script.” 45 minutes in line to leave without your prescription. I called Saturday at 4 the machine confirmed it would ready at 1pm Sunday I go 540 Monday and with NO EXPLANATION I have to call my insurance bc they set up mail order without even advising me! So now I’m without my much needed medication and because cvs pharmacy staff is HORRIBLE TO ITS STAFF AND CUSTOMERS I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I had placed an order for a photo and was notified that it was ready for pickup. When I came in, the employee informed me that they didn’t have any new orders and they didn’t have my photo. Not her fault, sometimes things happen. Maybe fifteen minutes after I leave I get a phone call from that same employee letting me know she found the photo and reprinted it for me. I greatly appreciated that she went looking for it, reprinted it, then called me. She didn’t have to go out of her way like that and it was greatly appreciated!

Complete disgrace. The pharmacy staff should be ashamed of their rude, disrespectful and negligent behaviors. They talk inappropriately about patients, right in front of all. I am so fearful that Patient health and well-being are at risk. After multiple horrible experiences the last event was the worst. after 2 attempts to fill our sons medication and being told it would be ready in a hour (we went back in 3 hours) the techs refused to fill it and said it will be done tomorrow, they were too busy. Then The pharmacists refused to answer a question and shrugged my husband off walking right past him saying he was “very busy.” And informed by the staff. Go to corporate if we had a problem…. Classy…. So I did… and still waiting on a regional manager to call. Disgusting.

Patient wellbeing is at true risk. The staff is rude and leadership is lacking. Aside from incapable of simple refills... after multiple trips and hours of waiting past promised times, the pharmacist shrugged off a question because he was "too busy". True disgrace.

Been on hold with them for 40 minutes to check a prescription status as I’m writing this. have called 3 other cvs locations on my boyfriends phone while on hold with this location, it’s actually crazy that it takes this long to ask if they have something in stock.no way they don’t have 1 minute in 40 minutes to answer the phone

The last few times that I been to this location the pharmacy personnel are rude. The drive through it’s always close and when you come in the line is so long that is hard to wait for your medication. A month ago I had covid and I had to come in to pick up my medication and I waited over 45 minutes in line to the point that I had to tell people to move away, when finally I made it to the desk I barely could Breath and the lady was so rude. Today, I called my refill on time and I was told it be ready by noon. I got there at 2 pm and my prescription wasn’t ready and the front desk lady was so rude and the way she spoke to me was humiliate in front of all the customers then she proceed to tell me God bless me in Spanish, yes am a woman of faith but I didn’t apréciate the way she treated me. As of today I will remove my prescription from that cvs.

I got my flu shot here and this was the worst experience ever. I waited about 20 extra minutes to check in for my appointment even though I had arrived early. The pharmacist was a mess and told me they had no more "available appointments" after I had told him I scheduled mine online in advance. He told me that this shot was not covered by my insurance, which it is, and had to give him my insurance card to verify that it was after arguing with him. He then forgot to give me my card back and had to then argue again that he still had it. I do not think he washed his hands, but he did use gloves. He did not speak to me whatsoever about the shot,not telling me the possible side effects or anything of the sort. THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION at all!! He did not even give me a band-aid? Maybe I am asking too much but I am pretty sure they are supposed to tell you possible side effects and tell you about calling your doctor if you have any issues, none of this was said to me. While I tried to ask about getting a band-aid or some knowledge from the guy he walked away from me and told me to have a good day. This was ridiculous to me and I will not be coming back to this location for any reason.
