I had a horrible experience at Medicap.I switched my pharmacy from CVS to Medicap just cause I want to help out smaller businesses in my community rather than corporations. I have been getting the same medications for over 5 years and I get them every 28 days exactly. Medicap has been filling them every 4 wks for the last year (since I’ve switched) and now they make up some excuse of that it’s 29 days. That was incorrect information he gave me. It wouldn’t be that big of a deal if I didn’t have to drive far to work and by the time I get home, they’re closed. I tried explaining that to the gentleman on the phone but he hung up on me! It is irresponsible and unacceptable of them.
I will never go there again and I will have to file an official complaint. I don’t want Medicap doing this to another person that takes the same, or similar, medications as I. Stopping someone from taking these specific medications can be extremely dangerous. I feel that is the real reason why he said 29 days.

Medicap Pharmacy always makes sure that meds are in stock and their staff is always professional and courteous. They are also helpful in reminding me of my needed refills which ensures that I don't run out of my medications.

This place is an amazing pharmacy! All the employees there are beyond kind - they care and offer support, and guidance. I changed from cvs to this place and I couldn't be more happier! Thank you so much for being such a great pharmacy!

I really like this pharmacy! They always have what we need, are prompt filling scripts, and will answer questions. They are excellent with phone messages for pickup reminders and even call and play a cute song on your birthday. The real bonus is the drive-thru, especially when I don't feel the best.

Medicap Pharmacy is the Best Pharmacy in Atlantic County! I've been to the rest, and Medicap is the best. Conveniently located, Medicap is always well staffed, with very little or no wait time. Everyone, is very courteous, professional, and efficient. If something isn't available, or has to be ordered, they will personally call you and let you know. Something I don't experience with any other Pharmacy in this area. I started with Medicap when I lived in Galloway, then I moved to Northfield. For convenience of location, I started using another Pharmacy. After a little while, I am back to Medicap. I just can't find another Pharmacy that matches the Excellence of Medicap Pharmacy. Highly recommended! ?%

I always have problems, they either don't fill my prescription, and they don't know why it wasn't filled, tell me it was delivered, and it was not. They don't inform you that they don't have it, and don't call when it is ready. I didn't think there was anything worse than Walmart, but I was wrong, this place is horrible ?
