Always looking for the customer doing there job to the fullest. ANY bad review was by someone who was in a bad mood coming in & probably had an attitude from the start. “Shawn was Very helpful!! Our mail had gotten put on hold while we were on vacation, when we got back, we couldn’t get the mail that was on hold. He was able to track down our packages and mail, find the mail carrier and get our mail sent to us the next day. A week long process of making phone calls and trying to get this solved was done by this gentleman in 15 minutes and we got mail the next day. The USPS needs more employees like him!!!”
