I feel as though it’s medical discrimination going on at this location. I had an 9:10 am appointment this morning and was refused to be treated. Today wasn’t the first time. My insurance is great and I was there on time. I also was in the computer.

Made we wait an insanely long amount of time because “the internet wasn’t working properly”. Super unprofessional that they have the cheapest possible trash internet. smh

The person working there today (9/22/23 - Galloway )was extremely rude to my daughter. She lives in stockton & I live far away. I scheduled her appt & had faxed over ALL the paperwork needed. I work for a dr's office & completely knew what they needed. Lab rx, demographics, insurance card were all faxed plus that was mostly put while I was setting the appt up as well. She rudely told my daughter that she had to bring paperwork. My daughter stated that it was all faxed over numerous times in advance. She rudely stated to my dughter "why I was acting like the doctor" for merely faxing over everything. Like really ? Anyway, she was having trouble printing what i faxed for some reason & my daughter couldn't wait until 8:30 as she had to go to class. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF FAXING EVERYTHING IN ADVANCE IF THE WORKER THERE WOULD NOT CHECK. She also asked my daughter the Dr's name and my daughter responded to her (Dr Sia) & she continued to ask for the 1st name & my daughter did not know that and the lady responded WHY do you not know her first name ??? Unbelievable when my daughter stated to her the Dr's Last Name already. I will call corporate & definitely complain about that employee. VERY RUDE AND INCOMPETENT. It was not my daughter's first time to Quest but that middle aged rude employee (as how my daughter described her) shouldn't be working in Healthcare/ Customer service. My daughter doesn't have a car & just requested a ride from a friend that morning since i live an hour way and could not take her myself but the trip turned out to be a complete waste of time.By the way, we went to the Linden lab the following morning & it was like night & day. The lady at Quest (Linden NJ) was so nice, accommodating, friendly, professional & efficient. Definitely the opposite at that Galloway Lab place.

The guy that works there is amazing. Friendly, fast, comforting, and obviously likes his job. I sent a friend and she had a woman and said she was good and also friendly. I work in a salon/spa and I tell all my clients to come here.

I was a walk-in towards the end of the morning shift and was immediately greeted and directed by the staff on how to sign in. They answered my questions, painlessly took my blood sample and sent me on my way, all within 5 minutes.

I booked my appointment 24 hours prior. I arrived at 8:25am for an 8:30 appointment. Walked out finished at 8:31!!! Fantastic customer service. Everyone extremely pleasant

Staff was extremely rude. I walk in at 11:30 and I was told I was “too late” even though I had an appointment. They wanted me to do the test right away. I was offered no water or no time to wait because they were too concerned about going on their break, even though it was only 11:30. The guy working there also proceeded to call my CDL instructor lazy for not making me another appointment on the same day and said a few negative thing about him, which angered me. I went back the next morning to redo the test, and the lady that greeted me was extremely rude. Instead of a hello, in a rude tone, she said “Do you have a mask?” She was nasty the entire time. I was relieved when I left. I hope I NEVER have to back to this location. It just baffles me how unprofessional people are.

This review is for Quest Diagnostic in Village Medical Office,53 White Horse Pike,Galloway. This office was previously labcorp now quest.The girl that operates this is extremely rude,very unprofessional. She obviously doesn't know how to draw blood, never having a problem ever drawing blood, my boyfriend was bruised extremely bad an it hurt.He has giving blood many times an never a issue until here. When labcorp was here there were no problems, courteous staff,never a bruise completely professional..she doesn't care about the patient ,she only cares about what insurance you have,just about her getting paid.We will NEVER go there again an have encouraged all our friends to go to labcorp after some of them encountered the same problems

They were supposed to reopen from their lunch break at 1:00pm and then close at 2:30. I've been here since 12:45 and it's now 1:30pm. I'm standing outside with 3 other patients. They never reopened. The door is locked and there is no sign on the door saying they're closed for the day.

1pm appointment hubby 1:15pm appointment-- arrived at 12:45pm Door locked! Hand written note states closed for lunch. Ok no problem 1:09pm dour still locked! Finally opened -- a woman who just drove up gets to the door before me & walks to the kiosk!! Not cool! I said to the tech 'we've been here since 12:45pm' Tech explains she was sent from another location & said oh well! At this point the woman is trying to check-in at the kiosk & is having problems. Finally our time at the kiosk-- systems tells me I'm over 10 minutes late for my appointment lmbo!!! Craziness!! Now it's 1:25pm and the woman who jumped before me can't understand the requirements for her test!!!! Apparently, they don't have something here for the test. Tech is trying to explain. Too funny!
