Michael is a good sensei and the adult classes here are focused on practical applications of martial arts, which is exactly what I was looking for. I'm enjoying my time here as I approach the end of my 4th month going 2 days a week.

Simkins Martial Arts has been teaching in this area since 1998. We teach classical Okinawa Goju Ryu Karate Jutsu, kobudo-jutsu (weapons), Tuidi (joint locks/manipulation), Kyusho-jutsu ( vital points) We have karate classes for ages 4-14 and adults 15 and up. Also Fitnesses Kickboxing for adults
