Employees are nice but nothing is ever done correctly. My daughter’s savings acct was set up with her middle name as her last name. Went to open a checking acct for her her, was told the name was fixed. Then her debit card was printed with the wrong name. Then we get a call 2 weeks later they froze her debit card. We have gone in, signed paperwork, shown her ID, then left copies of her ID as requested on another day, still not fixed as of today. Was told someone would call us - no call. No one ever answers the phone, it just goes to voicemail. I am so close to pulling out our entire household’s acct and going across the street to the credit union.

In recent memory including today, and a couple times this summer I’ve attempted to visit the Galloway TD Branch and it’s been horrific every time. They need more tellers plain and simple, the single teller line has been 10+ people each visit I’ve done over the last year. You’re waiting in the drive thru too as it’s normally around ten cars deep. The manager tried to help the desk but there’s only so much he can help with while juggling a host of tasks. The service desks are also normally pretty slim on staffing too. I have a much more pleasant experience in Absecon.

Horrible customer service here given the circumstances. The desk agents are rude and obnoxious. Instead of standing behind the counter making a box with the hands and pointing to the door, try coming over and asking if I need help with anything.

Went to the Galloway Branch Monday the drive thru ATM was out of service. Went today to use the inside ATM and 2 TD employees were working on the inside ATM (both were not wearing a mask). Told me to go to the drive thru ATM because they were servicing the machine, went to the drive thru and only had $50 dollar bills. Most convenient bank??????

Have been with TD Bank for years! They are so helpful, polite and friendly and do a wonderful job! Treat me like a good friend. Would never think of changing my banking experience.
