Please do yourself a favor,AVOID this store at all cost. I’ve order a baby turtle and two different type of food for it, totaling a over $103. I paid $30 for ups delivery. These people didn’t even bother to add a signature requirement to the package. The package got delivered to my building,but not to the appartement number in the address. Therefore,the package got stolen,I never got it. I immediately filled a claim with ups,they said to contact the seller. I’ve sent myturtle multiple emails that were unanswered. I tried calling their phone number ,but the number that they provided is a working number. Right now,I’m out of over $103. One advise,stay away from this store. No customer service,just a bunch of money hungry people that could care less about their customers. They’ll take your money with no remorse.

Musk turtle died within a couple of weeks. No answer from emails sent. This place is terrible especially they way they package and ship their turtles. Just disgusting.

Bought a tortoise for sale here last Christmas. He is now over a year old, a baby Sulcata tortoise and he is amazing. The shipping was overnight and he arrived in a well packaged container with a heat pack because it was December. I had some questions about feeding and care and they were very good about helping me with everything i wasn’t sure about. As a 1st time turtle owner I truly believe this was the best place to get you’re turtles. They came in fast, as well as came with the everything I needed to take care of them but I believe the thing that helped me the most is that they had little cards that guide me on what to do which helped me so much. They gained a life time customer.

Purchased a juvenile leatherback bearded dragon for sale as well as a pair of water turtles (painted turtles) for my daughter's turtle tank. Ray called me to confirm shipping times, and shipped that day. I was very happy with both species of reptiles and would 100% purchase from turtle store again. I also like that they have an actual biologist there because when I had questions they were very helpful and seemed happy to talk about the reptiles in detail.

I ordered 2 turtles, and in attempt to cancel my order can’t reach anyone. Honestly believe this is a fake site. Called first number listed on google and leads to an advertisement company, then the number on their website leads to tortoise town.com which on the B.B.B they received an F rating for failing to answer customers or send out products within even a month time. Most likely the reviews with higher rating purchased from myturtlestore.com which actually has 3 different numbers for customers and answer right away.

Bad experience, I have two days calling and they do not answer, the address that they announce on their page does not match that of here, nor the emails are active, I have no response to my order, I do not know if it is a real or ghost store.

These guys are a great place to buy box turtles or water turtles with overnight shipping. The prices are great and the animals are healthy and well packaged when shipped overnight

I just received a pair of captive bred box turtles I purchased last week from Turtle store and they are perfect! Thanks again guys I appreciate the great packaging and also the customer service answering my questions quickly and thoroughly!

I purchased a pair of well started red eared slider turtles for sale online from the turtle store last Christmas. They arrived in healthy condition in a heated and well packaged insulated box the next morning. I had a few questions concerning setting up my new red eared slider turtle tank and they were extremely helpful and did not make me feel like I was bothering them like other turtle stores I have shopped with in the past. I would recommend these guys to anyone for sure. Keep up the good work turtle store.

I purchased a pair of captive bred box turtles for sale from turtle store last summer. They are doing great and I am more then happy with my purchase. I also just purchased a baby Sulcata tortoise for sale online and he arrived safe, sound and healthy this morning. I would recommend the turtle store for anyone looking to get a healthy captive bred baby tortoise or baby turtle. They also have adult turtles and tortoises as well as other reptiles for sale.

My husband surprised me with a baby Sulcata tortoise for sale from the turtle store. I was excited but had to ask them a few questions regarding proper habitat setup and they were so helpful and friendly. I just purchased a female Sulcata tortoise to raise with my male "tank" from the turtle store and I am expecting her tomorrow! 5 stars no complaints!
