This UPS is horrible. The customer service by the same young girl every time I frequent (not often) is horrible. Provided my own box & tape with a QR code to return something & she charged me for “shipping supplies” that she didn’t even need to use. The customer service lacks & the laziness shows. I live in Galloway & I will drive out of my way to the UPS in EHT on fire road because they’re always willing to help & go above & beyond there job. This location employees needs some training from them.

The UPS location is a nightmare to deal with. The people are very short with you, providing very little or no information what so ever.
Every answer is either call this number or go online. I travel the country for work and this location is easily the worst. UPS do yourself a favor and shut this place down.

I understand the ups store is under new management went to the store with a package and the store associate asked me if I brought a roll of tape with me to seal my box I said no so she asked me if I wanted to them 4.00dollars for 24inches of tape I refused and left this is not good business.

I have used this store a lot . Never again. I had a paid for return to be sent out . They wanted me to print the return label so they could charge me and charge me for a piece of tape. Never before has a ups store had to charge for everything. I am shocked this store doesn't charge to walk though the door. Last visit was to fax some paperwork. Had to do it so had to pay 2 bucks a page. This store must hate it's customer's. I will drive 10 miles out of my way to not use this store again.

Associate at register, Avani, is quick, efficient, and flawless. Friendly and knowledgeable. My 4 packages to different locations were handled without problem, and speedily processed, keeping down the wait time for folks in line behind me. Great service! Namaste?

My UPS store is local. The parking is convenient. The store is well kept and clean. The staff is always polite, knowledgeable and actually make every trip a pleasant experience. They offer many services from Po Boxes, printing (including large formats)
shipping, notary, and faxing services.
