In the last 10 years I have used this company multiple times for my computer & printer repairs. Paul the owner is the absolute best. Though the years I've found this service very honest, dependable and very fair with pricing. I've dropped off items for repair at times that they've taken time to access the problem and if it was beyond repairable never charged me for the diagnosis. I recently bought a new computer & printer for my 16 year old granddaughter from Best Buy. The store tried to sell me on the Qeek Squad to set it up. The Qeek Squad wanted to charge me two separate charges one for the printer and another for the computer. I called Best IT who came to the house the same day. The service rep spent 2 hours updating and setting up everything and didn't leave until he patiently went over everything with my granddaughter explaining every detail she needed to know. I don't know of any company who would take the time to do that. I highly recommend Best IT Tech Computer Service. Once you try this service you'll never need another. Just an important disclaimer. I'm neither a relative, friend or neighbor. I'm just a very, very satisfied customer who felt the need to share my experience with this company. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

Great computer service company. Pawel is very professional and knowledgeable. He not only helped me to recover 10 years worth the files from external hard drive that I accidentally erased, but recovered it in the way that I kept them before: all organized in folders, not jumbled up. Before I found Pawel, I checked with other companies and they told me that they can’t guarantee that they can recover files in the same organized way as I had them before erasing. He’s also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Best IT Tech for all your computer needs.
