“The team at Bianca (Allen, Helen and Lisa) were all so helpful during the engagement ring process. They were so patient with us. They worked with our budget and helped educate us on diamond grading and ring designs so we could customize our ring. After we selected the design, they coordinated execution with my boyfriend so the proposal was a surprise 5 months later. The ring is beautiful! It looks so much better than I imagined and the craftsmanship is immaculate. They even resized it at no additional charge after the proposal due to weather impacting my finger size. The process was very smooth, thanks to their customer service!”

She got back to me super quickly and within a few hours she drew up a design and had it set. Everything happened so smoothly for a last minute “project”. “I have been going to Ally's Bridal for years for all my alterations needs. She is incredibly talented, awesome to work with, and often a life saver last minute! Most recently, I went for alterations for my rehearsal dinner dress and wedding dress. My rehearsal dinner dress was handmade in Ethiopia using a woven fabric but it ended up being too large and not as structured as I would have preferred. Yoon listened to my concerns of keeping the intricate colored fabric on the sleeves and side body intact and helped me find a solution. She was able to reconstruct the bodice and adjust the fit while keeping the important details. My wedding dress also fit like a glove on my wedding day. Yoon suggested adding a French bustle to the dress that ended up being a lovely addition. Always appreciate a recommendation from someone with so much experience. I've recommended Ally's Bridal to all my friends and family and will continue to do so!”

It's a family run enterprise and the star is the matriarch Kiymet. She handles the expert tailoring done at the shop. I have had several jackets, coats and pants taken in since my weight loss. She is an expert at her art. Her advise is always on point. Needless to say, I have been completely satisfied with her amazing work. I have a few designer pieces of clothing that I have trusted Kiymet to work her magic with scissors, needle and thread. I highly recommend her work and any service offered at La'Ber. “From start to finish, my experience with Carol Hannah was incredible and everything I hoped buying a wedding dress would be. The dress I bought from Carol was actually my second and should have been my first! I made the mistake of going to a rushed, pressured, stressful, annoying big name NYC bridal warehouse and getting a dress that was fine but really wasn’t THE dress.I found Carol Hannah after my Instagram algorithm got me and the Aquarelle in satin faced organza propped up. I was in love. I emailed immediately and asked if they could rush it, had a size in the studio to try on (I’m tall and curvy) and made sure it fit my budget - I was in luck! All three were yeses (and the rush cost was even super reasonable).The Friday before Christmas, I went into NYC and met with Carol to try the dress. It was everything I hoped for and more. Carol was a delight and explained what inspired her to make the dress and took time and care with me. I gained weight in the last few years and have struggled with my body, but I was never ever made to feel like I didn’t belong in this beautiful piece of art. Carol was reassuring and kind and reminded me a few times that the dress was meant to fit me, not the other way around. Truly, a wonderful experience.I picked up my actual dress yesterday ahead of my May wedding and didn’t think it was possible to love it more…but I do! It was absolutely perfect and made for me.
