My fiancé & I came into this store for our gender reveal. We did not know the gender. We picked out two outfits, one for a girl and one for a boy. We went to the cashier, Briana and asked her to read the results for us and box up the outfit that corresponded to what the results said and we came back 15 minutes later to give her enough time to box it all up! She was so appreciative that we chose her for this huge milestone in our lives. Without hesitation she said yes and even said it’s nice of us that we’re doing something nice for her. It made our day to know she felt special, because she is. Just because she works in retail doesn’t mean absolutely anything. Workers in retail dont always get treated nice. So I’m happy we were able to that for her and that she was able to do this for us. Thank you, Briana ♥️ We will never forget you.

So I’ve been holding off on writing this review. I can’t tell if it’s because I’m a person of color or if I was dressed like a bum (postpartum and recovering from stitches) or even both. I couldn’t tell you. But when I walked into this store with my mom, the workers there quite literally never took their eyes off of us. It didn’t take me long to notice this and once I did I did not take my eyes off of them. Not once did they stare down any other customers inside the store. They would greet people coming in and go right back to staring us down. If looks could kill lol that’s okay though we were able to purchase way more items for my daughter and at a cheaper price in Burlington and Marshall’s. They also carry clothes from Carters

The prices here at store 01232 in Garfield are very affordable. The customer service is excellent. The associate Kalisa and the store manager Tamika went above and beyond to help me. They were very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this location.

I am disabled and have a certified service animal accompanying me inside and the moment I walk in the store the women working the floor says you can not bring your dog in here. With the nastiest attitude and face. Me being stunned I looked at her and said ma’am she is a service animal not a pet. She wants to roll her eyes in disgust. So I ignore her and start to look around the store but anytime I felt someone was looking at me it was her with her nasty face. I was on the phone and my husband was telling me to call for a manager but I do not want to spend my money at a place that discriminated against anyone especially someone who is DISABLED. IT IS 2023 DO BETTER.

Not even one star is worth it.I went to your location in Garfield NJ, and a rude older woman whose name I didn’t get turned me away seconds coming in bc I had my puppy in my arms. He wasn’t a service dog, however, went I googled if I can bring my dog to your locations, it said that he needed to be at least vaccinated to enter. I wouldn’t just go into a store with my pet without knowing if it’s alright to bring him in. I felt humiliated and embarrassed bc she said it openly in front of people as if I didn’t know what I was doing there. first time coming to your one of your establishment and will be my last. Never did I feel like I wasn’t wanted in a location.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars but unfortunately that’s not an option. Last time I went to this store around Christmas time it was filthy and disgusting. There was spilled liquids on the floor and even blood on some of the children’s clothes and toys. The staff is also extremely unprofessional towards each other even in front of customers. Last time i go here.

Tameka and her associate was super helpful,as the store was closing my husband went to make a return for me and they let him in,even though they just closed and i know thier day was done. They are literally a life saver!! Thank you Tameka and her associate for asking , for asking if he could do the return, most employees say no but im glad they said yes !! Thank you both very much!! This is my go to carters store.

I don’t recommend this place at all. I went today with my toddler girl trying to buy clothes and a white girl just run next to me just saying “CAN I HELP YOU? BECAUSE YOU’RE MAKING A HUGE MESS AND I JUST FOLD IT”. She’s no nice and her attitude it’s nasty. Outside are a lot of people with real customer service skills.
