I have been banking at Chase for over 20 years and this has been my local branch for 15 years. Every in-person interaction has been very pleasant. They have been very helpful in pointing us in the right direc for any service we needed. Their ATMs work and with two outside, it is very convenient. the Large parking lot is also a plus!

Stopped by to withdraw some cash.... Spacious inside, but very sparse, with a folding table and lounge chair as the main furniture, it needs a makeover. Even though they had two tellers working, the line started building up, and took almost 20 minutes before getting to the teller; and this was on a Monday morning at 11 AM. At least the heat was on. Service was polite and efficient.

It does not surprise me they have 2 stars. Absolutely the worst customer service. I'm typically a person who will utilize available recourses on the regular and avoid the bank itself. I understand the process, especially during this pandemic, to keep employees and customers safe by having a designated person at your entrance to direct customers. However, I don't appreciate being asked what I need to do without a proper greeting. I'm sorry, is there a problem that I'm here? 2nd - I sure don't feel comfortable announcing to the public that I am withdrawing money and how much. That is a safety issue. I've been a chase customer for years, and this is why I avoid going to the bank - poor customer service.

atm's are always not working!!! 3 times in the last few weeks i go for no reason! go to a different branch and save your time!!!!!!

I love the Garfield NJ Chase Branch because they're very helpful and the line moves quick. I usually come here when I need a Bank check because most of my banking is done online. One time I Lost my bank check and the manager , not sure his name let me slide with the cancelation fee. One thing I can say that was really annoying was the few times I needed a bank check the one lady always got suspicious over my signature. It's been 10 years since I been in school and you have my license and my debit card to match . I understand you're just doing your job wouldn't want somebody to steal my account info or funds.

But I have a happy customer service story to tell. I had a phone emergency while I was on call for work and needed to find a t-mobile store. I ran in to Chase to ask for a phone book, and one of their employees personally went out of her way to look up the location on the computer for me.

The worst customer service ever! They just do not care about CLIENTS. one week ago I called them to make appointment in order to open account. Someone said they will call me back, but that never happen. Finally I made appointment for next Saturday. I came to the bank, I was waiting around 20 minutes, I decided to ask how long does it take, and I was inform that they are not sure maybe 10 minutes more. Nobody apologize... they just do not care. I don't want to open account in this bank anymore, what is the point to have account in bank where I will not be able to settle important matters at time.

Slow service and the bankers talk down to the customers and instead of trying to help them, the bankers argue with them.

I love going to this branch in particular. They have a drive thru ATM, which is extremely convenient for everyone. Descent parking lot. They also have long hours & staff is friendly.

After being a chase customer for three years I left chase because there were zero branches in South Carolina. I opened up a new account at this branch and from inception have been treated like a second class citizen. Do not open up an account here unless you don't want access to your money or if you want to feel like you are asking for a favor from them.

Man this place is so slow drive through for ATM and customer service is just plain slow they need at least 2 ATM machines inside there is a long line outside and inside you can't win I can never just go in and get in and out! And it's all the time not just once or twice its all the damn time!!! Seriously thinking about switching to PNC

Seriously one of the worst Chase banks I have ever been too. I'm literally in line at the drive thru right now writing my disgruntle review. I have been stuck in between two cars in line for the drive thru for over 20 minutes. In a second I'm gonna ram my car back and forth to get out of here!! Also they need to hire people who speak English more clearly. The polish accents are super heavy and I don't speak polish!!!!!! Wish they didn't close the branch in lodi bc that one was awesome even though they didn't have a drivethru.

VERY SLOW drive thru and lobby. Staff is not friendly. Waited 10 min behind one car and inside there was only one teller and 6 people on line. Second time this happens here.

This is the slowest chase branch I have ever been to. It took over 20 minutes to get a deposit made and check cashed. Will be going to a different branch in the future. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere!
